- Twenty Six

Baekhyun sighs, looking at himself in the reflection in his bathroom's mirror. It's already 11 pm and he hasn't gotten the chance to call the taller yet. He bites his lips, running a hand through his wet hair before drifting his eyes to the display of his vibrating phone.

Chanyeol: Baek? Call me on Skype if you have time please

His eyes widen, butterflies covering his stomach once again. He's still waiting for me to call him? Wow, you're really an idiot Baekhyun. Another sigh leaves his lips, his heart thumping in a fast, way too fast pace. I really have to call him. Now. Baekhyun puts his glasses onto his nose as he moves from his bathroom towards his bedroom, nervousness creeping through every part of his body as he is sitting down on his bed with the laptop placed on his lap.

The water drops from his still wet hair into his face, coldness covering those certain parts. He's staring at the screen of his laptop, the pointer of his mouse pointed at Chanyeol's Skype profile. Just call him Baekhyun. Why are you nervous anyway?

It's not like the first time you're about to Videochat with the taller.

He chuckles at his own stupidity, clicking the call button as his heart is beating against his chest rapidly. There's absolutely no need to be nervous. Baekhyun holds his breath as the other's handsome face appears on the screen.

"Baek?" Chanyeol smiles, his curls covering his head like a halo as he stares through his glasses right into Baekhyun's soul.

And again, Baekhyun feels like he's floating on cloud 9. Aroused by all the sensations going crazy in his body and the taller's heartwarming smile. He's so crazy about him.

"H-hey.. I'm sorry for calling back that late but I was busy-"

"Baekkie, it's fine. I'm just happy that I can finally talk to you." He gulps, glancing at Chanyeol with wide eyes and rosy cheeks. Did he just call me Baekkie?

"I know we've talked yesterday but I missed you," he mumbles, a wide smile glued on his handsome face. "I-I missed you too." He can't help but smile lightly as he tries to avoid Chanyeol's hard stare in embarrassment. He's so red right now, oh my god.

"How was your day? Tell me everything."

Baekhyun blinks, the smile still present on his face. "My day was fine. I was at Luhan's birthday, it was a small gathering but it was really fun. What about your day?" He looks back at the screen, watching how Chanyeol listens to him with a smile on his lips.

"My day? It was pretty boring. Nothing special." Baekhyun nods, biting his lips as Chanyeol continues staring at him with this intimating stare of his. "Channie? I promised to go live on YouTube tonight, soo let's continue later al-"

"Livestream? I'll join. You can record your screen, right? Then we can livestream while Skyping."

"Wait- you want to join?"

Chanyeol frowns, the excited look on his face vanishing. "You don't want me to join-"

"Of course! I was just shocked, that's all." He smiles as he adjusts his screen to the webcam. "Why? I'd honestly like to get to know the people watching your content."

Baekhyun chuckles. "Why?"

"I mean they will see more of me in the future, right?" The smaller glances at the other who's staring back at him with an amused expression on his face. "What? Did I say something wrong?"

"N-no," he mumbles, almost whispering as he forces himself to stare back at the screen. "I-I'm going to start the livestream now." And with that he starts it, an exhale leaving his lips. "Wait I'm going to open it too so I can read the comments. Did you want to do anything special?"
