Hunter looks down at his hands.
L: Hunter what was it?
Hunter: It's stupid. It would make no sense to ask it now anyways.
L: Hunter.
Hunter: It's stupid. I have to go now. I'll text you tomorrow or something.

Hunter walks out of my room and out of the house, he gets in his car and drives away. I shut my curtains and walk out of my room to the kitchen.
Mom: Hi Liv.
L: Hey Mom.
Mom: What did Hunter want?
L: He had to ask me a question but then he said it was stupid then he left.
Mom: Oh.
L: Can I hangout with Joey tomorrow?
Mom: Yeah-
Aaron: Wait Joey as in Joey Birlem as in Charles best friend and my friend?
L: Yeah. What other Joey would I be talking about?
Aaron: No.
L: No what?
Aaron: You can't hangout with him. Friends are off limits.
L: Relax Aaron. I don't like him like that. I'm just going to hangout with him tomorrow.
Aaron: Mom tell her she can't. She's going to end up sleeping with him.
L: Shut up Aaron. I will not. I just told you I don't like him like that and plus she has a girlfriend.
Mom: Aaron go up to your room and leave Liv alone.

L: Mom can I actually talk to you about something?
Mom: Liv if it's about what happened last night-
L: How do you know what happened last night?
Mom: Cody texted me.
L: Oh.

I look down at my hands and start playing with my fingers.
Mom: Just please go to your room and use these. Call me up to your room when you're done using them.

She hands me a bag and I walk up to my room, I shut my door and look in the bag. I look and see that there are pregnancy tests in the bag, I open the box and grab the tests and walk to my bathroom. I sit on the toilet and start peeing on the sticks, when I'm done I put the sticks on the counter and walk out of my bathroom. I grab my phone and text Joey.
L: I just took some pregnancy tests just to let you know.
✌️Joey✌️: What do they say?
L: I don't know. They aren't developed yet.
✌️Joey✌️: Okay text me when they are I guess

I set my phone down and stand up, I walk to my bathroom and look at the tests. I grab them and see that they are positive.
L: Shit!

I walk back out and grab my phone and text Joey.
L: Uh Joey they are postive😞
L: I'm sorry😣
✌️Joey✌️: Shit.
L: That's exactly what I said.
✌️Joey✌️: I need to think. I don't know what to do. Don't be sorry. It's both of our faults not just yours.
✌️Joey✌️: I need to think of what to do. I'll text you later.

I put my phone down and walk over to my door, I open it and yell for Mom. She comes up a few seconds later, I shut my door while she walks to the bathroom. I sit on my bed and burry my head in my knees, tears start pricking my eyes. Mom walks out of the bathroom and sits beside me, she hugs me.
L: I'm sorry.
Mom: Liv, it's okay. Everyone makes mistakes. Your aunt had your cousin Elijah at the age of 15 so at least you're 16 I guess. I also kind of figured you'd end up getting pregnant sometime before you were 18.
L: *Sarcastic* Thanks Mom that makes me feel great.
Mom: We'll just have to homeschool you.
L: I know.
Mom: Why don't you just go to bed and get some rest.
L: I can't. Dad is going to freak out and if anyone else finds out I'm going to get slut shamed again.
Mom: We will talk about it tomorrow morning. Just go to bed and try to sleep. Okay?
L: Okay.

Mom kisses my forehead and leaves my room, I stand up and turn my light off. I wipe my tears and get changed into pajamas, I lay down in my bed and cover up with my blankets. I turn on a movie and start watching it, about 30 minuets later a truck pulls up into our driveway and I get a text from Hunter.
Hunter: Can we talk?
L: Yeah. What's up?
Hunter: Could you go downstairs?
L: Is that your truck that just pulled up?
Hunter: Yeah.
L: Okay. See you in a second.

I set my phone down and stand up and look out of my window, I see Hunter get out of his truck and starts walking to the front door. I walk out of my room and see all the lights off, I walk downstairs and turn the porch light on. I look out of the peephole and see Hunter about to knock, before he knocks I open the door.
Hunter: I was to afraid to ask or do this earlier but if I don't do it now and take my chance then I'm going to hate myself for the longest time.
L: What-

Before I can finish talking Hunter grabs my waist and kisses me, I blush and kiss him back. I wrap my arms around his neck. He pulls away a few seconds later.
Hunter: I'm sorry Liv. I just needed to do that and take me chance. I just really like you-
L: It's okay Hunter. I really like you too.
Hunter: Wait you do?
L: Yes.
Hunter: Oh.

Hunter blushes.
Hunter: Since you like me back will you maybe be my girlfriend?
L: Yeah.

I smile and blush along with Hunter.
L: Since we are dating now I just wanted to tell you that I took pregnancy tests earlier and that they are positive.
Hunter: That's okay with me.
L: Are you sure?
Hunter: *Laughs* Yes I'm sure Liv.
