@Drake had a small cottage, it had two bedrooms one guest and the other his, it had one bathroom along with a living room and kitchen, in the back he had a massive yard filled with plants and vegetation. He lived alone, away from society, but close enough where it would only take an hour's walk to the market.

Grayson and Mia did visit him often, trying their hardest to get Drake out of the house. Like always, Drake refused. He had become extremely involved in his magical-mutant plant studies, which only made him less social. Drake would only talk to Grayson, Mia, or the market shop owners, and after awhile, Mia stopped visiting Drake as often, Though Grayson, he was persistent to make Drake get a little bit more social. He visited twice a week, went with Drake on his shopping trips and forced Drake into a few conversations here and there.

But enough of previous days, let's get on to the present time.

Drake grumbled as he searched his bathroom for the first aid kit, for he had accidentally cut his hand while trimming an overgrown rose bush

"Agh, damn bush.." Drake muttered under his breath as he began to bandage his hand.

*Knock Knock*

"Hold on give me a second, I'm in the middle of something" Drake called out to the front door.

"Your always in the middle of something Drake" a familiar person spoke from behind the door.

There was some thudding and bumping as Drake scooted to the front door opening it to see the blonde human dressed in a green leather jacket with navy blue pants and a dirty gray t-shirt  standing in his doorway.

"Hey Grayson, I guess come in... since I can't make you leave anyways.. and can you stop reading my mail before me?" Drake aggressively swiped the mail from Gryaon's hands and went inside throwing it on a kitchen counter.

"It's not my fault you get interesting and urgent read as soon as you get this mail" Grayson scoffed

Drake whipped around and looked at Grayson with a confused look. "Urgent mail?" Drake clearly didn't bother to look at his mail when he swiped it from Grayson and tossed it to the side like it was trash. Drake then went back to the kitchen counter and looked over his mail, and there it was, a red envelope that had exactly what Grayson said on it.

Grayson would peer over Drake's shoulder as he tore into the envelope. Drake quickly noticing Grayson, he would seat Grayson's head away.

He cleared his throat, Drake began to read the letter aloud "Dear Drake, we have an urgent issue down in levels Poaltin, we advise you to come aid us in our mishap due to your knowledge, come immediately once you have read this letter, we will explain everything once you get there. Signed, The magi counsel"

Grayson was doing a little happy dance inside his head "FINALLY!! You get to get out of the house! And do social things!" Drake sighed and rolled his eyes at Grayson's response.

"Don't be so sure about that Grayson, I'm not entirely liking the sound of this..." Drake pondered a bit, they needed him, but for what reason? It didn't make sense for something this urgent to come up so suddenly. He had no choice.

"Hurry up Drake we're wasting daylight!" Grayson began stuffing a backpack full of stuff for Drake, food, water, extra clothes, and a cozy sleeping bag. Grayson helped himself to some of Drake's food and items and put them in his bag, which surprisingly, he never took off.

A few minutes later they were already set to go head off to Poaltin, a large city that was at least three days journey, with short resting periods. Drake did one last look around his place before locking the door and leaving a note in case anyone came over.

And off they were.
