It was after sunrise and Grayson still wasn't awake, Drake's mine started to wander. He thought about the dangers that could be ahead of them, how Grayson and Mia could be having their own kid. The one thing he thought about most of all, was Armen.
He wondered if Armen would come back for a visit.
Armen, like everyone else, grew up. Got older. Obtained ambitions. Right now Armen could possibly be on the other side of the planet, Drake thought.
Mia, Grayson, and Drake got to bid Armen farewell before he went off to travel the world.
Drake wished he'd knew if his brother was okay.
Just then Grayson decided to wake up and start packing up the tent.
"Morning Drake!" Grayson said cheerfully.
"..mmmm.." Drake only mumbled in response, he began to help Grayson pack things up and put out the fire. Thankfully no wolves tried to eat them during the night. They finished and began to set off continuing their adventure.
Grayson took a deep breath of the fresh air and smiled. "Isn't this nice? Ya know... being out of the house getting that fresh scent of the wilderness in the morning, and not have to worry about the empire bothering us ever again"
That's right, the empire was scattered and turned to nothing but a few soldiers.. now the princess of the sun and the princess of the moon rule the lands, they were the sole reason the empire got eradicated. Notch didn't give two shits about the war that went on several years ago.
"..yeah that's right... I can't believe I forgot our life changing war that we partly skipped out on due to the fact we got rid of 'Him'" Drake made quotations with his fingers when he said him.
"We're free from everything now! ..well... everything but taxes" Grayson chuckled as he said that.
"Heh.. yeah.. I guess so.." Drake smiled as they continued on the long winding path.
Little did Drake and Grayson know,
They were being watched....
