Night time
My body laying
Lazily on the cold ground
Outside in the field
My gaze wandering
Up to the dark sky
Looking at stars
Admiring the moon
Understanding the need
Of this natural light
Lighting up the dark sky
Because without stars
Nor the moon
Nobody would be
Able to see
The immensity of the universe
And its hidden beauty
And comprehend
How small humans truly are
How insignificant our lives are
In the eyes
Of the world
Of our world

Mon corps allongé
Paresseusement sur le sol froid
Dehors dans le champ
Me regard se promenant
Haut dans le ciel sombre
Regardant les étoiles
Admirant la lune
Comprenant le besoin
De cette lumière naturelle
Illuminant le sombre ciel
Parce que sans les étoiles
Ni la lune
Personne ne serait
Apte à voir
L'immensité de l'univers
Et sa beauté cachée
Et de comprendre
À quel point les humains sont petits
À quel point nos vies sont insignifiantes
Aux yeux
Du monde
De notre monde
