i looked at the timetable i had on my phone for a second. i saw that the class i was supposed to have now was cancelled. i sighed softly and walked to the schools cafeteria before looking around, searching for a table i could spend my time at. after looking around for some seconds, i found a small table that wasn't occupied. i walked to it and sat down on one of the chairs. i took my phone and earbuds out of my bag, together with a notebook. i opened the notebook on an empty page and decided to try to make some lyrics or something. that was one of the only things that could make me happy; music. i dont care what kind of music, if i make it myself or not, i just love it. a small but sad smile appeared on my face as i came up with something.
after writing for a while, i look at the page filled with words and scanned it. it was something that i was pretty proud of to be honest. i was about to continue, when all of a sudden the music i turned on earlier stopped. apparently my brother took my earbuds out of my ears since he was standing behind me. a soft sigh left my mouth before i faced him. "what do you want, Jaeson?" i asked him, you could hear the annoyance in my voice.
before i could even do something about it, he grabbed my notebook and read the pages. he laughed and showed it to his friends, which i didn't even notice were there. i stared down at the floor, knowing that i couldn't do anything about it. Jaeson and his friends laughed loudly while reading the words i wrote down out loud.

"full of loneliness, this garden bloomed. full of thorns. i bind myself in this sandcastle. what is your name, do you have a place to hide? oh could you tell me?"

they didn't go further than that, apparently they humiliated me enough in their opinion. one of Jaesons friends threw the notebook at me, and surprisingly i caught it.
"okay but for real girl," Jaeson started a sentence. "what are you writing?" he was still laughing.
i softly shrugged my shoulders. "just- stuff.. i don't know.." i mumbled and put my notebook in my backpack, so they couldn't do anything more with it. "you are psycho.." one of my brothers friends mumbled before the small 'crowd' passed me.
"see you in the next class, sis." Jaeson said and winked at me, which made me roll my eyes.
thats right, we have biology soon. i forgot that. i sighed and put the rest of my stuff that i took out when i sat down in my bad and got up. i made my way to the right classroom and soon arrived, noticing that i was still pretty early since there was almost nobody in the classroom. while sitting down at one of the tables in the back, the teacher, who already was in the classroom, told me to sit in the front where i was supposed to sit. i sighed and got my back, getting up again and walking to my seat where i sat down, waiting for the rest of the class to arrive.
soon Jaeson sat down next to me. oh yeah, another thing i forgot. we have to sit in alphabetical order, and since we're siblings we have the same surname, which means we have to sit next to each other. i tried to ignore him, even though it was pretty hard because he was poking my arm a million times. i closed my eyes for a split second and then took my books out of my bag, putting them on my table.

during the time that the teacher was explaining, Jaeson didn't bother to pay attention to me, luckily. it was strange to see him focussing on school work to be honest. anyway, i was happy that he left me alone for now.

as soon as the teacher was finally done with the boring explanation for the following exercises and we got to work on them, i asked if we could listen to music. he nodded as a reply which instantly made me happy. i took my phone and earbuds out of my bag and put the earbuds in my ears, enjoying the melodies that filled my ears.

i was just focussing on my hard exercise, when all of a sudden i hear loud music filling the classroom. it took me a few seconds to actually realize that is was my music. i looked around to see what happened, when i saw Jaeson, with the part of my earbuds that should be in my phone, in his hands. he unplugged my earbuds, he made me get everyone's attention. and i DID NOT like that. i quickly tried to pause the music but of course my phone didn't work. after some seconds i managed to turn the volume down. Jaeson was smart enough to give my earbuds back to me, so it looked like he did nothing wrong. the teacher looked at me, lowkey mad.

he told me to leave the classroom and that i had detention. i tried to prove my innocence by saying that Jaeson did it, but he wouldn't listen to me. i sighed and got all my stuff before getting up, slowly leaving the classroom.
this was one of those thing that my days at school were filled with, and i hated it.
i wiped away a single tear that fell down my cheek before walking off the big stairs, that were leading to the entrance of the school and the cafeteria.
i didn't want to stay here any longer, and no way that inwas going to detention.

i seriously am considering to never go back, no jokes. with tears streaming down my face i run home, not caring about my surroundings and the people that were looking at me.
luckily my house wasn't that far away from school, so i arrived home after a short time.

as soon as i hear someone opening the front door of my house, i flinched and got up. Jaeson was home. he immediately went upstairs and opened the door to my room, pretty aggressively. he pushed me agains the wall, staring into my eyes.
"you filthy bitch!" he yelled at me. i was just too shocked by his actions to say something back.
