Bang bang, bang bang.
Y/n shot up at the piercing sound of four loud knocks.
"Y/n, get up you need to escort Julian to a small gathering, please him." Her fathers' voice sounded.

"But I don't like Julian." Y/n hissed through the locked door shoving Romeo quietly through a passageway whilst he gripped his shirt over his head, roughly sliding it on.

"I am the king and I'm not going to beg."

"Ugh Fine! I'll be ready in 30 minuets."

"30?!"

"I'm a woman!" Y/n growled.

"Fine." Her father spat before stomping off.

Y/n turned to Romeo who was looking quizzically through the tunnels.

"Are you sure I have to go through here." Romeo raised an eyebrow.

"Yes"

"Y/n you can't do this, your father will have you married to this man, a man whom you do not love, that is no life to live."

"Princesses don't get to choose love, nor happiness, we get told who to love." Y/n sighed.

Romeo looked at Her sympathetically.

"I'm sorry Romeo, leave, find someone you love that loves you the way I do, in public, no more sneaking around, you should be happy. You deserve to." y/n said numbly, a single tear cascading down her cheek.

"I will wait for you, love yourself first." Romeo said sorrowfully slumping out of her room "don't forget about me." Romeo finally let his tears fall looking to Y/n

"I will never forget you, I couldn't." Y/n  tried to smile before Romeo took off.
Y/n waited until Romeo was off until she slumped on her bed, head in hands crying a river.
