Dirty sandy-blue scales. Mostly SandWing features, besides the horns, light up scales, gills, tail, and eyes. Dark grey horns and claws. Deep blue eyes. Wears a gold band on his left horn. Sleek, a bit small, slightly muscled.
Abilities-
Usual SandWing things, but his scales are a bit darker so he can't camoflauge. He can also breath under water and is a very good thief.
Strengths-
Swimming, thieving, conning dragons.
Weaknesses-
Killing dragons, temptation of any kind, gold.

Being alone forever, tight spaces.

Sly, Mischevious, sarcastic, intelligent.

Backstory-
He grew up mainly with just his half-sister in the desert. They both became a theifs and constantly stole their meals. Eventually something happened to her and he moved to sparks. {Rp to find out more}
