Chapter 1: You In or Not?

Zoeys POV

Tick tick tick

The clock was ticking, and in seconds it was gonna happen. The thing I've been waiting for all day. My favorite thing, lunch! I love lunch so much. Hanging out with my best friends. Hope and Audrey are my favorite people on this earth. Junior year is hard, because all the stress for senior year. I don't know if I can handle it. Everyone knows what they're doing after high school, except me. Hope is ALREADY accepted from college in California in law. Audrey is going to college in New York City. We think, she's been at it since freshman year. She wants to be on broadway. She has an amazing voice and amazing acting skills. She in drama and choir. But enough about Audrey, this is about me right now. What do I want to be? What do I want to do? What do I see myself doing in a couple years.

Ding

The bell went off and I put my notebook in my backpack and left class. Lunch! I head to the cafeteria and see in the corner of my eye, him. Tyler Evans. The bad boy of the school. Every girl wants him, and every guy wants to be his friend. He's done almost every girl in the school. Except me and my friends. Audrey has the biggest crush on him though. Which is totally stupid, I mean yes, he is a Greek god. But not cutest guy ever! Okay that's a lie, he's the cutest guy in the school but also the rudest and most selfish. I was about to open the door to the cafeteria but it opened by itself and hit me in the head! I fell to the ground and my head was throbbing.

"Crap" Someone said and I felt my head were it was throbbing. I turned to see who said that, to find the one and only Tyler Evans. Of course he did that, he always hated me for no reason!

"What the fuck!" I yelled still holding my head but got up. He was just looking at me and everyone else was laughing around us. "Don't just stand there!" I yelled and he shook his head and opened the door for me. I rolled my eyes and walked inside. I got my lunch and walked over to my usual table and sit down across from Audrey.

"I saw you with Tyler!" Audrey says and I roll my eyes.

"Yup" I said and open my chocolate milk. What!? I deserve this! "How do you even lie him!" I kind of yell to Audrey, it wasn't really a question though.

"I mean, have you seen his face!" She says and rested her head on her hand looking at Tyler, like every other girl in this gym. Hope then sits down next to Audrey and smiles. Her smile is beautiful.

"Hey" she says with her beautiful smile. I think I might like her. Don't get me wrong I like guys, and I don't even know if im bi-sexual. It's super confusing. We've talked about it before though.

~Flash Back~

Z- Zoey
H-hope

Z: Hey hope. Can we talk?
H: sure, what's up?
Z:I've been really confused lately. You know h9w I'm straight?
H: mhm
Z: j might be bi like you....
H: why do you think that?
Z: ....
H:c'mon! You can always tell me anything. I'd never judge you.
Z: I think....
H:You think....?
Z: I might like you...
Z: but Ik you don't like me back.
H: I never said that!
Z: Ik but, what about Zack? You're in love with him.
H: I'm aloud to like more than one person!
Z: yeah Ik but.. you're dating him!
H: he moved away and hasn't texted me!
Z: yeah but...
H: Zoey! stop assuming things!
Z: ...  are you saying you like me....
H:idk.

We haven't talked about it since that time, that was one week ago! I don't know if I like her though.

"Hello?" Hope says waving her hand in front of my face, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Huh? Oh sorry" I say and she nods and squints her eyes at me. She knows somethings up. She always does! She knows everything about me, while Audrey is to busy with boys.
