// when yoongi pushed open the door he saw the person he was so desperate to see again. the brunette was sitting behind the register, this time he had his feet resting on the counter and a book in his hands. it wasn't until yoongi looked at his face that he was truly stunned. a pair of round glasses were sitting on the bridge of his nose, which made him look beautiful.

yoongi quickly slipped to the back of the store and pretended to browse the snack aisle that he knew so well. when he glanced over the shelves he noticed that the boy hadn't even noticed that he came in. he was still sitting their, feet on the counter and everything, with his attention fully on his book. yoongi knew this gave him some time to plan what he wanted to say to the brunette as well as time to pick up some of his favorite junk food.

yoongi had spent about ten minutes in the snack aisle planning out his every word and occasionally looking at the boy. when he felt satisfied with the conversation he had planned out in his head yoongi grabbed a bag of chips and a bottle of soda to make it look like he had a reason to come to the gas station. he made his way to the front of the store where he stopped to stand in front of the cash register.

yoongi almost felt bad for having to disturb the boy who looked so peaceful reading his book, but he knew he had to if he ever expected to talk to him. "good book?" yoongi said and placed his items on the counter.

those two words sent taehyung jumping back in his chair and caused him to drop his book on the floor. as he scurried to pick it he began apologizing to the customer. "oh my god i'm so sorry. you weren't waiting long were you? i really am sorry i just-" taehyung squeaked out before he was cut off by the same deep voice that had startled him just a few moments ago. "i said is it a good book? do you like it?" "oh yes, its really good so far." taehyung stood up after he had finished picking up the things that he had knocked over. when he stood up he locked eyes with the last person he expected to see.

"yoongi?" taehyung said, mouth hanging slightly agape as he stared at the beautiful man in front of him. he looked slightly different from the first time they had met, his black hair was styled perfectly this time and he was dressed in tight clothing that suited him much better than the sweatpants he had on the last time taehyung saw him. "yep its me, the guy that smells like weed." yoongi said as he laughed softly. taehyung's face turned bright red as soon as that incident was mentioned. "i'm really sorry about that too, i didn't mean to offend you." he muttered softly, not sure if yoongi had heard him or not. "its fine. i wasn't too offended, but you could make it up to me pretty easily." when yoongi said this the brunette's face had a horrified look, as if he was about to say something awful.

"theres no need to make that face, i was just going to ask you your name." oh, taehyung felt stupid and incredibly embarrassed that he assumed that yoongi was going to ask him something inappropriate. "my name? its taehyung." yoongi smiled to himself, happy that he now knew the other man's name. "well its nice to meet you taehyung." yoongi said, shooting the boy a gorgeous smile. taehyung loved the way his name sounded when yoongi said it and decided he would do anything to hear it again.

taehyung began to scan yoongi's item as he had done just over a week ago. when he was done he handed the black haired man his bag with a smile. "here you go! enjoy your night!" "wait, you forgot this-" yoongi said as he handed taehyung a pack of gum. taehyung had a puzzled look on his face but took the gum and scanned it anyways. he knew that gum hadn't been laying on the counter just a moment ago, he didn't question it though. yoongi slipped a piece of gum out of the pack and opened it. "do you have a pen taehyung?" yoongi asked. taehyung almost fainted when he yoongi said his name again, he loved how it sounded, but rummaged through the top desk drawer and handed yoongi a pen.

before he even saw yoongi do anything with the pen it was being handed back to taehyung. yoongi picked up his bag and walked to the front door. before he left he turned back to taehyung and asked a question the brunette never expected to hear. "what do i smell like today taehyung?" although taehyung was a little taken back by the question he quickly responded. "you smell like weed again yoongi, and cigarettes."

yoongi smiled back a taehyung and laughed again, but this time it was closer to a giggle. he pushed out the door, shouted a quick 'good night,' and then began his walk home. taehyung watched him go until yoongi disappeared into darkness. he was just about to sit down and resume his book when he noticed a gum wrapper that yoongi had left on the counter.

"does he really have to leave his trash here?" taehyung mumbled and picked up the wrapper. right before he threw it away he got the overwhelming feeling like he should open it. when he unfolded the wrapper a huge smile spread across taehyung's face. on the inside of the gum wrapper was yoongi's phone number scribbled in messy handwriting. taehyung quickly stuffed the wrapper into his novel, using it as a book mark.

for the rest of his shift a smile was plastered on taehyung's face. he was so excited to have gotten yoongi's number. he was happier than he had been in a long time and it was all thanks to the beautiful man who smelled like weed. //
