a kingdom of many mythical creatures (like vampires,werewolves,ect) a very cruel where love is limited then a group decided to change all of that but there is a bigger threat than the cruel ways of the kingdom.

Ace's P.O.V.
I decided to go back home after a long day of thinking I open the trap door I climb down the ladder then the first thing I hear is a big *BOOM* in my aunt's room I run into her room. "MOM WHAT IS GOING ON?!" I call her mom even if she is my aunt because her twin (which is my mother) died when I was young because she committed suicide and I have no idea why she did that and she looks like my mom.
There was smoke everywhere so I had to leave the door open. "Oh, ace!!!" She runs up to me and hugs me weakly because she been starving herself ever since my mom died. "Mom, did you eat?" She nodded but I knew she was lying I can see it. "Mom!!! Why don't you ever eat!!!" I say frustrated why am I even surprised? She always tries to kill herself slowly it breaks my heart and it's annoying... She said, "I always feel guilty about your mother's death... I'm so sorry I'm not a good mother." She said it in tears.
She isn't in her normal state of mind anymore she is always miserable and sad. "Nakita your the best mother in the world you adopted me and kept me safe." I smiled at her and she smiled back. "What is this all about?" I asked curiously. "Its to make a portal." She said in a sad tone. "To where was it supposed to go?" I asked as I looked at the potions that blew up. "To a better place for all of us including Vincent." She sat on the bed and I could see she has a skinny stomach
"Ugh, mom I swear to god I will shove food down your throat IF YOU DON'T EAT!!!" I yelled the last few words in annoyance. She looked down at her feet guiltily. "Yes, ace.." She said sadly as I walked into the kitchen and starting to cook up chicken.
30 minutes later I arrive with the food and gave it to her. She nibbles on the food slowly and I'm getting pissed off so bad I don't know why but I feel like this place isn't a good place for her. Suddenly I hear footsteps. I stay silent as Nakita stays silent as well. I walk up to the sounds of the footsteps just to see Vincent and some blonde girl crouching because of the smoke.
"Hey, Ace!!" He says cheerfully which annoy me. "What is this blond thing?" I say looking at the blond girl. She looks upset at me and I'm happy she is upset. "To let you know Ace this is Sarah," Vincent says holding her hand. "I saved her from losing a head." He says proudly. I look at her "I don't want her here!!"
Vincent starts begging "please let me keep her! I swear to god she won't steal or anything like that!" He starts to beg. Come to think of it he does keep his promises... Eh, why not? "Fine but I swear to god one slip up she is not staying here got it?" I said firmly making sure he gets the idea. "Yes, I will make sure she isn't disruptive." He smiles at me. I roll my eyes.
I go back to Nakita's room again and she is gone! "Wait a minute... that bitch teleported!" I run out shoving Vincent and Sarah out of the way and I head to the latter then I start climbing up to the surface. I thought she was at the lake to calm down so then I run up to the lake and then I found her sinking in the water.
"MOM!!!" I dive in after her. It was hard because I wasn't a good swimmer. I decided to flap my wings upward and it worked! I got to Nakita I got back up using the same method then I put her down on the ground then she spat out water as she coughs.
"Mom!!!" I hugged her. "I can't take it anymore!" She cried out in tears as she hugs back. "Mom you need to get out of here," I said as I get her back home in my arms. She keeps repeating to herself "I'm a bad mother."
We make it home then I lay her on her bed then I flip through the pages of the book and I found a spell for opening portals. It had instructions on how to open a portal which was very helpful. It said that a spiritual being can easily open a portal by thinking of a place and timeline then I had to snap my fingers. It was easy enough so I concentrated hard then I thought of a timeline to 2018 Australia. A portal opened then music was heard through it. Was it a celebration they were having? "Get your things ready." She got up, packed her things and then she hugged me. "I don't want to leave you ace..." She had tears in her eyes. I kiss her forehead then pushed her into the portal then it immediately closes.
I was in an empty room I feel no emotions. I sigh and then the portal opened again and a kid which is a female, small and black hair jumps out of the portal.
"Who are you?!" I said to her She replies with "who are you?!" We look at each other then Vincent comes in and then Sarah as well we all look at each other.
