Maia point of view

I hope this day goes well. Its the second day and as I get ready and head to the bus stop I start getting butterflies in my stomach.

During the summer I was getting ready for this step in my life. The romantic step of my life. I was always a prepared girl, for anything that came to my way. I learned that you cant be that easy because they dont treat you the way you should be treated. if you are one of the easy girls , they use you and they get over you. I Learned That you should be wife material , commited to the relationship. That you need to treat yourself as a queen to attract a king. I really wanted a relationship , yet this would be my first real one. I didnt even know how to french kiss, how treat a guy.

So this thinking process took the whole bus ride , and as soon as I know , we are right infront of the school. When I walk towards the entrance of the school I see one of my best friends, Zared. She comes running to me saying that she missed me , and that she wasnt here yesterday because she forgot it was the first day if school. Who forgets??? Her , thats who. But I still love the way she is. She has been with me through thick and thin and she is my rock when she knows I need her to be. But she is not expecting what I am about to tell her. I tell her , " Zared, I think I have a crush on a guy". She just stares at me like i just said a miracle. Then she does something I knew she would have done. She shouts and everyone looks at me, and guess who was there exactly at the same time I start to blush because I am embarrased???

He just smiles and winks at me. I think by that point my blush turned into a dark purple. Then my bff, Zared, smirks, and she says , " I did that on purpose, I know you so well, that I even know the type of guy YOU would fall for". I rolled my eyes and said ," should I thank you???" She responded, " If not now , than later". I hugged her and asked, " what's your first class?". She responded, " The same as you ". I was really excited . Not only my bestfriend was going to be there but also my future boyfriend. Did I just say that !?!?
