My mom told me one time that I have to love myself the way I am. I cannot try to be like other celebrities, because guess what they are not you and you are not them. You don't know how they are internally .

You may see them as them having a great life, having everything they want . But guess what they don't have pure happiness.

They have that temporary happiness with money. Some of them are just models , using their bodies as a source to gain money . Let me tell you something , up can have your body now , but in a second you can lose what you onced loved. In one second you can loose what you have physically .

That's why you should build yourself to be a better person internally . Not physically.

Build you heart , your soul , your education, and not your body . Or what other people think you should look like.

It shouldn't matter because everyone's body shape is different , we are even different sizes.

We as a whole should embrace that. Not just because you see a size 0 model means you will be like her , cause you are not.

Let other people see that you can see beauty in every size ,shape, color .

True beauty comes from the inside and focusing on the outside will only rotten your inside , will if you work in your inside , your outside beauty will mirror reflect that.

Then because of your don't feel like you are alone. Then you think you have people who love you, yet they don't care about you anymore. People who after a while don't even talk to you after you two were forever friends.

Then people ask you why you are like that and what's wrong with you and they just don't know that it is because of them.

But if you think abou it you were born alone and you will be alone unless you find your other half and then you see that you are not alone afterwards.

And you'll see that he or she  won't care about how you look physically , but internally.

It's funny Iam saying all of this when few months ago I was depressed about how I looked like and now I love the way I'am.

And I love who I am with...
