Hera
I wake up to darkness around me. a metal chain keeps my legs together with the pole that runs along the back of my whole body. Another chain secures my waist to this pole. My hands are tied to each other and to the pole at my back.
I feel weak and powerless. I've not only been poisoned on the inside, something else is poisoning me from the outside. The air. Suddenly realisation dawns on me and panic seizes me. I'm in the Tartarus and I don't feel like a godess here. Olympus, my home, is where I feel most powerful. Divine. But outside my parent's realms i.e., the sky and Earth, I'm nothing special. Well I'm not really sure because I've never been out of here but I plan on going to space somewhere in the near future. I should definitely check out Jupiter. Jupiter. I bet that pig is banging some chick right now.
My thoughts are interrupted by two men in armour. Well not men, titans. The gold one walks to me while laughing loudly. If starvation and Tartarus poison don't kill me, Hyperion's breath will.
"Godess of marriage but in the worst marriage ever. Queen of paradise but chained in a place worse than hell. Oh could your life get any more ironical?" he says and erupts into another laugh.
"I remember something similar Hyperion. Remember the last time you tried to imprison me? Resulted in a bunch of children releasing me. And then they killed you. And then your brother did"- I turn to Iapetus- "Hello Mr. Janitor!"- I turn back to Hyperion- "You always lose. I suggest-" Iapetus cuts me off "I am the mighty titan Iapetus and I will not tolerate any kind of disrespect. Bob? Janitor? I wish make Olympus crumble to dust and nothing can stop me".
I try to act like I am not afraid of them but the truth is I am beyond terrified. My brother(and husband?) killed our father and from then on dad and his brothers have been our greatest enemies. We've won every battle against the titans of course but that doesn't mean they're not capable of destroying me, right here, right now. I wonder if I can come back to life like titans and monsters. But I guess I'm more human than titan when it comes to rebirth. I feel the world rotating under me and my legs give away. I can't help but close my eyes. I'm going to pass out.
