Chapter 20

RYDELS BIRTHDAY.

8 months pregnant

Rydels POV

This morning I was awaken not by an alarm clock, but by an Ellington Ratliff. Today was my 21st birthday, but don't really feel like it because the girls have causing me so much back pain. "Ellington! I get it but dial it down." I tried my hardest not to snap at him. He frowned, "Wait, you know the reason that I'm acting like this" He nodded. "But it's your birthday! The big 21!" He exclaimed. This time I nodded. "Laura has your outfit planned out for today, then the boys are gonna take you out for the day." "What about us?" "Don't worry Dell." I walked out the door to Laura and Ross' room. "Hey, Ellington said you have an outfit for me?" I said when Laura answered the door. She nodded "Here!" she squealed shoving a bag at me.

After we finished me, I was pushed by Laura to the boys. "Hey boys! What is going on with Laura and Ellington?" "Um I don't know!" "Nothing!" "What?" "Pancakes" the boys spit out. "Are you ready?" Ryland asked, I nodded. "First stop lunch!" They dragged me to a small restaurant. "Wow, guys! Thank you." I said side hugging all of them. After we all finished we went to the park.

"Hey guys, I wanted to thank you for being so supportive of Ellington and I! It means the world to us." I was nearly in tears. "Darn tears." I said wiping them away. "Hey Rydel, we're your brothers, we would do anything for you." Rocky reassured me. We all went in for a group hug.

After the park we went back to the hotel. "Hey Dell, Ellington wanted me to tell you that he is taking you out tonight." Ross shouted down the hall. I smiled. I nodded, "Thanks baby bro!" I walked into Ellington and mines room. "Hey babe!" I said after shutting the door. Silence. "Ellington?" Still nothing. I finally saw a note on the bed. "Wear the outfit Laura picked out for you. You have until 7 to get ready then go down to the lobby. Xoxo Ellington."

By the time 7 rolled by I did he said and put the outfit on. It was a big Tiffany blue dress that just hung on my body. I then found some cute cute black wedged booties. I curled my hair with my bangs non existing, as I have been doing for a good year now. I walked out of the room and to the elevator. I found Ellington in the lobby in a nice blue button down with some tan skinnys. I smiled at him, he rarely dresses up he looked great. "Wow Dell, you look amazing." I blushed, of course I did this boy has been nothing but perfect in this relationship.

We took a taxi to a fancy restaurant, then we arrived. The waiters and waitress were very lovely congratulating me and Ellington. Then after the dinner, he took me to this gorgeous park. I was looking around when Ellington started to speak. "Rydel, I have loved you ever since we meet 5 years ago. You helped me with relationship problems, you've gave me advice that not even my parents have ever given to me. You've given me a chance to be a father at 21. Thank you so much. So I'm asking Rydel will you marry me?" By then I was crying. I nodded "Of course Ellington." He stood up, took my cheeks and kissed me. He slid the ring on and I gazed at it "I love you so much."

We arrived back at the hotel hand and hand. I walked to Laura's room after Ellington fell asleep. She answered in her pajamas not even looking like she was tired. "I have something to tell you." She cocked her eyebrow. "He proposed!" I squealed acting like any other girl would. "No freaking way." I nodded we continued to talk for another hour then the clock hit 12 so I decided I should head to the room. We said our goodbyes and our final squeals, and I scurried down the corridor of the hotel. "Are you Rydel?" Two 13 year olds girls asked. I nodded, "Yes I am, are y'all fans?" "We used to be." "Why aren't you now?" I was very offended and shocked now. "Our parents said you getting pregnant at 20 wasn't very role model material they want." "Oh." "But we support you, I still have y'all as my lock screen and I have a secret place full of posters, pictures, albums everything of y'all." They answered. I sighed a breath of relief. I pulled them into a big hug "Thank you." I whispered. We took selfies on everyone's phones. "But one question why are you young ladies up this late?" "Our parents are asleep so we've been taking walks around the hotel at night." "Go back, you girls are to sweet to get caught and get in trouble." "Thank you Rydel and Happy Birthday!!" I smiled, thanked and hugged them one more time and watched them walk off then finished walking to my room.

When I got in there I saw Ellington awake and very worried. "Where have you been babe?" "I was in Laura's then I bumped into some fans, why?" "I woke up and you were gone it was very scary!" "Get some sleep babe, love you." "Love you too."
