"Well shit."
Dillon leans up against the tree. This gives me a wonderful time to look at his form. Beautifully sculpted face and body. He was built, but not to the point of overbuilt. He had medium long, golden hair that was curly. This made it look a lot shorter which is why he parted it to one side. His piercing blue eyes could cut through anything and I'd love to stare into them for a long period of time. While I was looking at his face Dillon had begun to smile. Of course, his smile was drop dead gorgeous. My gaze then falls on his body again. My eyes trail down his abdomen towards his waist, then down a little farther. My eyes slightly go wide, but I quickly regain my composer. I then quirk a brow. And from the looks of it, it seems our boy has a big coc-
"Okayyyyyyyyyy, let's not go any further than that." Dillon was suddenly standing up straight, his cheeks a rosy color, and his posture now looking nervous. I chuckle. Its almost as if he knew what I was thinking. "I would like to ask you a few questions." He mumbles, not meeting my gaze. I roll my eyes.
"Oh wow, the mighty Dillon Catherall wants to talk to me." I groan and push myself off the ground. "Should I accept his majesties request?" I turn away from him and was about to walk away when
"Yes, if you don't want your secret getting out." He hisses. Play dumb Liv. I turn back around and laugh.
"What secret? I have never ever had a secret." I lie through nervous teeth. Dillon narrows his eyes at me.
"Come on Olivia, stop teasing me already." My body freezes. It had to be a coincidence right? He couldn't have known... not unless. I look up in the sky. No... no sign of the couple. I then look back to Dillon. "That's right, I know exactly what you're thinking." I tilt my head. He knew what I was thinking? Both my brows rise and before I knew it, a chortle was bursting out of my lips. I, Olivia was laughing at the Dillon Catherall. Well, isn't this day turning out wonderful? His eyes examine me as I laugh. Sorry man, I know me laughing at you isn't the nicest of things to do right now. "I accept your apology." He breathes and our eyes meet. His look shuts me up almost instantly. Damn, he was good.
"Are you some sort of physic then?" I chuckle at the thought of Dillon squinting at something so hard that he popped a-
"Not exactly." His voice brings me out of my thoughts and I almost want to thank him. That was a close one.
"And that means?" I pry. It's not like the 'it' boy of my school can read minds or something and it's not like he's going to tell me he can read minds just because I was having one of my dirty thoughts again. I laugh at myself. It's not like he knows that my thoughts can appear right in front of me. I looked a Dillon expectantly but only see his wide eyes set in on me. A cold chill runs down my spine as his dark gaze looks my body up and down.
"I read your mind, Olivia." He whispers.
A/n: This is when the screen would cut to black and then the commercial for Taco Bell would come on. Then it would come back to Olivia staring at Dillon, then throw her hands up in the air, yelling things like. 'Nope! Not today! I am NOT getting involved with ANOTHER crazy person!' Let's tune back in.
My mind went absolutely blank. If there's a first for anything, this would be that first time. He's crazy. Yes! That's it! I look around frantically for a way to escape. Why does it always have to be the hot ones that are crazy? I then feel a hand encircle my wrist. My whole body freezes as I slowly find that the hand belongs to Dillon.
"I'm not crazy." His calm composer almost convinces me but I was still very aware that mind reading... WAS NOT A NORMAL THING! I look back to Dillon's face which was staring at me blankly. "And you think that having your thoughts appear right in front of you is normal?" He asks blandly. He knows!? How does he kno- "Mind reading?" He suggests. I glare at him and stand a little straighter.
