The Player's Dare

Chapter 3

Lexa was excited to go to school again. She met a lot of good friends yesterday because they were so nice. "Hmm..Hmm..Hmm." Lexa hummed a favorite song of hers, 'Playing with Fire' by a girl group called Blackpink. "Hey! You! New girl!" Lexa, who was just barely inside her school, stopped in her tracks when she heard a description that suits her, 'New Girl'. She looked around and sure enough she saw a lot of boys heading her way. Like a lot. She had time to count them and she counted 1..3.. 6!!She waited in her spot, if they really meant her. She didn't know who called her, but when they got a little closer, she figures it out. "Did you call me?" she asked calmly. But she did feel a bit uncomfortable with some stares and glares she was getting. Who are these guys?
"Yeah. I did." The guy in the front said. He was the guy that made eye contact with me yesterday and also smirked. Lexa waited for him to tell what he wants to tell her. But she regretted it the moment those words came out of his mouth.
 

"Do you want to go out with me?" He asked with an emotionless face. His eyes focuses on somewhere else when asked that. Lexa recovered from that shock. And she immediately know what to say."No. I don't." And she walked away, leaving behind Jun and his friends open-mouthed and bewildered. And that goes the same for all the people that gathered in that place.

Lexa stared out the window of her classroom. While her classmates talked about what happened to her and she did. "Lexa?" a voice next to her spoke softly. She turned and saw Princess."Morning." Lexa tried to talk as cheerful as she can but failed. She thought the shock from the previous happenings has taken a toll on her. "I heard what happened. Don't let that bother you." Princess tried to cheer her up but she just had toward her, because she liked Lexa as a sister now, she doesn't want her to get hurt. "But, Lexa." She continued seriously, and Lexa listened carefully. "Promise me, you'll NEVER say yes to him."

*RING!!!*
The teacher dismissed Lexa's class and the students started to go to the cafeteria.
  "Princess--" Lexa was cut off when some of her new friends started talking to her. Lexa wanted to talk to Princess about she said this morning but it was too late because she already on her way out of the classroom."Hey. Are you okay?" A new friend of mine asked. "Yeah of course. Why wouldn't I be?" Lexa asked in confusion. "Hellooo. You were just asked out by the most popular playboy in our school!" another girl said. That got Lexa thinking. He is a playboy? Well thank goodness I said no to him she thought.

Students groaned in frustration when they found out what they were going to do in gym. Its some type of wushu, the teachers said.
 

Lexa looked around to see girls trying to sneak out if the gym but also getting caught. Lexa stopped in looking when she saw Jun, Princess told her his name finally, who is just so calm even in the midst of these chaos. He look so calm she thought. Jun was feeling so relax having the thought of beating someone up after what happened this morning. He never felt so humiliated before! He felt a pair of eyes looking at him, so he found it immediately and when he found out who it was, it his blood boil more. He was thinking of actually just ignoring her but he remembered about the dare. Instead, he smirked, THE SMIRK that the girls all over his school just fall for. Lexa wanted to feel disgusted, but the shivers that was sent to her spine says otherwise. Unlike yesterday, it sort of felt like it was a good thing. Their eye contact was broken this time by a whistle made by a teacher.
