"Jongdae?! What are you doing?" Jongin calls, seeing the older make his way down the stairs with his suitcase. Jongdae stops and sighs heavily.
"Leave me alone, Jongin. You can't stop me." The older continues to struggle down the stairs and Jongin catches up to him, pulling roughly on his shoulder to make the older stop.
"Why should you get to leave? Why should you get to escape? I thought that we were a team, a family. After what happened to Minseok and Baekhyun, we need to fight back, Dae. Can't you see that? The next people that move in, could have young children. Can you imagine if there was a little girl, or a little boy that gets hurt or worse, murdered due to us not standing our ground?! Can you imagine the guilt, Dae? Because I can't. And I don't want to." Jongin takes a breath, running his hands through his hair as he releases a sigh. Jongdae places his suitcase down with a sigh.
"I fucking hate you, man. Goddamn you for being so good at this. Can you help me to put this back upstairs?" Jongdae asks and thus the two of them return, Jongin smiling in success, now both struggling to bring the heavy suitcase back to Jongdae's room.

Meanwhile, Junmyeon and Yixing sit in the kitchen with Chanyeol, trying to figure out finances.
"Ok, we have less money to go around. So if we keep about eighty thousand won aside each week for meals instead of what we usually spend, then we will have more to save." Junmyeon decides, trying to save as much as possible (eighty thousand won is roughly equivalent to $80 for seven people).
"But what about the bills?" Chanyeol asks, tapping his pencil off of his lip. Junmyeon throws his head back in frustration.
"Ok, ok, ok. How about this? We only turn on the heaters in the winter, and if we are cold during other seasons, we just put on an extra sweater?" Yixing suggests, writing down his idea on a piece of paper. The rest nod their heads in agreement and so the idea is pushed forward.
"We don't turn on the lights unless it's dark. Even then, as soon as the last person leaves the room, the lights go off and that way we save money on electrics." Chanyeol also writes his suggestion onto the piece of paper that Yixing wrote his idea on. They call the rest of the group to the kitchen to inform them of the new house rules.
"If we really want to get out of here, then we have to scrimp and save. We need to do these things if we don't want our lives in danger." Yixing announces.
"But what about the people that will move in next?" Jongin asks. "Won't they be in danger like we are? Won't they have to do what we are doing? Just to save money to move back out?" The group halts at this, realising that the younger is right. Sehun pats him on the back and picks Vivi up into his arms, cradling the small poodle like a child, as if he is a mother trying to protect her baby from harm.

The next day, the boys wake up at seven, get dressed then come downstairs to have breakfast.
"What the actual fuck?!" Sehun cusses, eyes wide at the sight he sees. Every single one of the cupboard doors in the kitchen hang open and the boys who are walking through the hallway almost bump into the youngest who has stopped dead in his tracks.
"Woah. What is going on?" Yixing asks, instantly in hyper alert, looking around himself. The lights begin to flicker and the feeling of dread pools into their stomachs as the hair on their arms and the backs of their necks stand erect, tingling with fear. The thudding of loud boots can be heard and the footsteps are so heavy and forced that small dust like particles fall from the ceiling. All of a sudden, their is a deafening, ear-piercing shriek and a wail follows, causing the boys to jump. Their hearts try to escape from their rib cages - thudding so harshly against the bones that Jongin thinks that his ribs might just sunder. Jongin whips his head around, eyes darting and scanning his surroundings for any sign of an otherworldly being. There is nothing that can be seen. However, goosebump-inducing giggles are heard, heart beats spike and breaths shakily tremble. It's here.

A little girl dressed in a mud brown dress appears from behind the kitchen door, slowly slipping into the room with her head down. Her black hair and fringe hide her face, but her eyes that glow amber shine brightly through the lengths of dark silk revealing her identity. This is the first time that they have actually seen her, and the boys have never wanted this day to come. Sehun backs away and accidentally bumps into Junmyeon, not that he cares since the two cling onto each other for comfort. The girl's bare feet pad gently against the tiled kitchen floor towards them. With a terrible screeching noise, the dining set of the table and chairs slowly scrape across the floor towards the wall - away from her. As she continues to walk, all objects in her way slowly move to either side of the room, making a path for the small, eerie figure. She continues to slowly stalk towards them, then when she is roughly six or seven meters away, she pauses. Her head slowly lifts up to look at them, and her face is revealed. With thin, bony hands, she moves the fringe out of her glowing eyes. Two beacons of light are shown, but what they weren't prepared for, was the rest of her face. Her eyes are sunken into her face, skin pulled tightly over her bone structure. Thin pale lips stretch into a smile, almost cracking due to being unnaturally stretched so wide. She slowly lifts her hands from her sides and the boys watch in complete petrifaction as the objects in the room begin to rise; the bowl of fruit, the forks and spoons from in the sink, the bowls and plates stacked neatly on the counter. They levitate in the air for what feels like years but is actually mere seconds before the cutlery and crockery are hurled at the defenceless boys. They barely have enough time to protect their faces before steel and porcelain rain down on them. Deep bruises and small cuts are inflicted. A thud is heard when Yixing falls to the floor unconscious, after a plate smashes into the side of his head. However, the demonic poltergeist doesn't stop there, and a wider smirk than before shows on her face, stretching her sickly pale skin to such an extent that it looks as if her face will tear in two. She begins advancing slowly, giggling quietly to herself as she sees the grown men cower in complete and utter fear. She raises a hand and their breaths are caught in their throats as Yixing is slowly pulled back towards her. He is moved to the far side of the room, next to the dining table and chairs. How will the boys escape from this situation?
