Arriving inside her lab, she set down her medical instruments, but was soon halted by an unexpected guest.

"You have a bad habit of lurking where you shouldn't be," she scoffed.

"Oh! I didn't see you there, Tía Moira," A bright-eyed Sombra smiled maliciously.

"You don't have to hide from me, I know what you did on the mission," Dr. O'Deorian stated matter-of-factly as she organized the vials Sombra had scattered.

Despite this accusation, Sombra's face betrayed no shift in emotion.

"I think spending so much time in your lab all week made you go un poco loco," Sombra giggled as she layed across the countertops.

"You're contaminating my materials."

Sombra ignored her and continued to meddle with the devices.

"You're a very good liar, but I'm a better one, Miss Colomar," she leaned against the counter and crossed her arms. "Now tell me, what reason did you have for sabotaging the mission? One we spent months planning on?"

"Ugh, tu eres una tía mala.... I didn't do anything! Why would you think I would sabotage it? You should be interrogating Miss Spider legs, she's the one with bad aim."

Dr. O'Deorain stepped closer to her, " Sombra? The most brilliant, most amazing hacker in all the world?"

"Sí, sí, es cierto."

"Slipped up on a minor security system? I find that hard to believe," Dr. O'Deorain grinned. "Oh, y no soy una tía mala,"

Sombra burst out laughing, " Your accent is so bad! Who taught you? Widowmaker?"

The geneticist grew slightly embarrassed. " Stop ignoring my accusations, it only further proves my point."

"Fine, fine I did it! Are you happy?" Sombra scowled.

"Yes, as a matter of fact, I am."

"Are you going to go tattle on me now?" At this point, Sombra was now laying upside-down on the counter, making it very hard to take her seriously.

"No, I just wanted to prove that I was right. Now go away before you become my next lab rat,"

"One step ahead of you, adíos!" She waved before translocating to god knows where.

Dr. O'Deorian sighed in relief, but that feeling soon faded as she realized the mess she had to clean up, and all the materials she had to decontaminate before even thinking about her next experiment.

Quickly checking the time, she realized it wouldn't be too much longer until her lunch break.

Lunch... something about it brought about a foggy memory.

She let out a sharp gasp and almost dropped the beaker she was holding after remembering the strange call with Dr. Ziegler where she asked her out to lunch.

Without hesitation, she found Dr. Ziegler's number and called back, but much to her disappointment, it went straight to voicemail.

She sighed wearily. Perhaps the doctor was merely busy at work.

At noon, however, she still had no luck, so Dr. O'Deorain gave up with that for the day, and decided to have lunch again by herself.

Putting away her coat, the geneticist left her lab and began making her way towards the exit of the dark building. A brooding figure, however, caught her eye. Looking upward, she found Amélie leaning on the railing, her gaze focused on something across the room.

"Lacroix!" She called out, breaking the sniper's trance " You were right, Miss Colomar did sabotage the mission."

The widow looked past Dr. O'Deorain's shoulder with cold, dead eyes.

" This will be the first time I have sniped someone who is half computer." She turned around, and walked into the shadows.

A beam of satisfaction spread across Dr. O' Deorain's face as she walked out of Talon's temporary base.

Dr. Ziegler yawned as she walked through the doors of the medical institution, dissatisfied that her pills hadn't kicked in yet, leaving her with a throbbing headache.

Her sneakers squeaked across the freshly mopped floor as she reached the front desk. Looking around, she admired the serene atmosphere before the receptionist called her attention.

"Guten Morgen!" Dr. Mählmann smiled " How may I help the lovely, and amazing Dr. Ziegler today?"

She chuckled half-heartedly, trying to figure out how he could stay so optimistic each day.

"I'm just checking in for work," she murmured "Is there any news?"

"Well, I did overhear Dr. Mei-Ling Zhou was getting back with her ex."

"Oh, poor girl!"

"I know! I tried to talk her out of it, but she's convinced he has changed,"  he rolled his eyes "Lord knows that never ends good."

Dr Ziegler laughed " Danke, Johan. I'll see you later."

"Tchüss, Liebling," he blew her a kiss before getting back to work.

With a smile, she walked to her office. She could always count on Johan to brighten her day.

Within a few minutes, she arrived at her work area. It was a moderately sized office with a small lab attatched. Most everything was organized, just how she liked it.

Opening her phone, she checked the notifications while waiting for the other employees to arrive. A brief smile appeared on her face as she read a text from Ana.

"Reconnect with old friends, eh? Well don't get into too much trouble, child."

After pressing the number attached, Dr. Ziegler ended up spending the remaining amount of her free time trying to write the perfect message. Once she hit send, Dr. Ziegler quickly turned off the phone, and took a deep breath in hopes of calming down her racing heartbeat. It, however, sped back up when her phone gave a short vibrate. She opened it back up to find that Fareeha had responded almost immediately.

"Hey Angela! It's been awhile, but lucky for you, I'm going to be in town tomorrow. How about we catch up over lunch sometime? It'll be my treat :)"
