Rey pulled her pointe shoes on and sat on the floor. She put her hands around her ankles and bent forward. She let out even breaths.

The events of the past three days played through her head. Gwen and Armie were engaged, Kylo was working hard on getting the companies merged, and Rey was trying to remember how to breath.

On May 12 Gwen had burst in the studio proclaiming her good news. May 13, Kylo had started working on the merger, and now May 15 Rey was sitting in a stretching position and trying to forget everything and focus on her emotions.

She got up and went to her dressing room. She pulled on her tutu and a pair of leg warmers. A knock sounded at the door and Kylo popped his head in.

"You ready?" His dark hair brushed his neck.

"Yeah." She stuck a bobby pin in her bun and the head piece on top.

"Well let's go." He held his hand out for her. She joined her hand with his and they walked to the wings.

She clung to his hand. He pulled her into his arms and kissed her head. "You are going to great." He touched her face and then tipped her chin. "Armie and Gwen are here to see us."

"Oh." She gulped. "I hope I do okay."

"You will be perfect." He stroked her back and then kissed her cheek and walked to the other side of stage.

The music swelled and the curtain rose.

Rey ran out and began her tale.

Gwen and Armitage sat down. "Oh I am so excited." She clung to her red headed fiance.

"Yes dear, but please don't strangle me." He teased. She had spunk.

"Oh stop it." She playfully swatted at his chest.

He smiled and then the music started. The curtain parted and Rey slowly walked onto the stage pretending to be a swan.

Her movements were slow and agile.

She turned her head and used her arms like wings

She turned her head and used her arms like wings. Rey turned slowly on pointe then gracefully set down on the floor.

The music changed and she rose up. The swans around her danced their dance and she turned in arabesque.
