"Um H-Hi my name is Y/n L/n and it's a pleasure to meet you guys!" I said as I tried to avoid eye contact with the class.
"Would you like tell the class something you are interested in, Y/n" I nervously nodded and said, "I also love Musicals like Miranda, Dear Ben Platt, Be less lame and love Video games like Overwatch, Super Smash Bros and Mario Kart. Plus my favorite school subjects are History and Language Arts." I quickly walked back to my seat. I hung my head low, since I was to scared to look up. I grabbed pencil and started to doodle again in my book. Why did I have to add the part that I liked Musicals? I mean I wasn't even going to talk about that until I looked at Jared. I paused, Jesus Y/n, this day couldn't get any worse. I have moved into a new school, Everybody Probably thinks that I am a Musical freak and I have a Crush on this guy that I Just Met!
I slowly looked up at the board again and saw in the left corner that Mrs. Hamilton was written on it. That must be the teachers name I guess. I changed my gaze towards Jared and saw that he was writing something down. He turned to me and I turned away swiftly, hoping that he didn't notice. I hear Jared softly chuckle. He is probably thinking that I'm a major dork or something. I then suddenly feel something hit my left shoulder and fall to the ground. I turn around and see a crumpled piece of paper on the ground. I picked it up and unfolded it carefully and started to read it.
Hey Y/n, this is the InSaNlEy CoOl JaReD kLeInMaN here and I just wanted to let you know that I like Musicals too. I also love Video games. So I'm just going to do you a favor and give you my number. I blushed as I read the last part. Wait he likes Musicals too? Maybe I am not such a dork. I took out a piece of paper and started to write down my response.
Hey Jared, I'm super shocked that you like Musicals. Everybody used to make fun of me because I like Musicals which is one of the reasons why me and my Mom moved here. I quickly passed the note back to Jared and continued to pay attention in class. I guess we were learning about the American revolution, something I already learned about. Thanks Miranda, I thought. I soon got bored and looked back at Jared. I saw a huge smirk on his face on his red tinted face. I wondered why he was blushing. It can't be because of me, right? I mean I didn't do anything to make him do that. Although most of my mind couldn't believe that the so called Insanely Cool Jared Kleinman was blushing, I had to admit that is was kinda cute.
UGH what am I thinking Y/n! I need to Stop thinking those things because the more that I do, the more tempted I will be to admit them. He will probably reject my feelings anyways. How would he like a loser girl like me?
Sorry it's so short guys, I wasn't really feeling well this week. I hate getting sick. Also I will try to update every Wednesday but I can't keep any promises. Anyways, Thanks for reading this super cliche book!! =)
