The unexpected ending

Chapter two : The terrible thing i did

I was afraid to tell my friends what happened all those years ago..but still they all still kept asking. All because of that day at the netball counts. 2 weeks had pasted and I still didn't know what to do, should I give Hope my position on the court or let everyone know. What's the point Hope would probably tell everyone what happened anyway. I had my first game in a few weeks so I had to make my mind up quick! I decided the best thing to do was to tell my friends first and ask them what they think. So the next day at school I started with just one.

"Hey josh, can I talk to you about something?"

"Sure Amanda, what is it?"

"Well you know hope Edith in our class?"

" yeah, she seems bitchy!"

"Well I've known her since kinder and I did something to her, something that I shouldn't of never done.."

"Oh no, what did you do!"

"Promise you won't judge" I asked

"I promise" he said as we pinky promised our fingers.

"Well, wow this is hard, well I might um stabbed her..." I breakdown and start crying my eyes out.

"Oh..Amanda it's ok, I'm here for you."

I could see it in his eyes that he was scared, that he feared me now.

What was I going to do, by his reaction I didn't want anyone else to find out I stabbed her. My heart felt like dying, I didn't want to live with this mistake that I made so long ago. I was 4 I didn't even know the difference between a knife and a duck. But I did do it and now I must suffer. Then something odd happened. A boy approached me, a boy I knew very well. Locky Poland was his name, the boy I have had a crush on since grade two. And he was approaching me with a sexy look on his face! I didn't even think he know I existed. Then my dream came true.

"Ahhhh hey Amanda, um can I ask you something?" He started looking away, like he was nervous.

"Oh hey Locky, yeah what did you want to ask?"

"Um I was just wondering if you, I mean if you were free this Friday, I was just wondering if you would go on a date with me.."

"Sure, I would love to," I started blushing.

"Oh cool, I'll call you here's my number," he passes me a piece of paper with his number on it, and started to walk away.

I just sat there in silence, thinking of what just happened and that's when everything went down hill. I see Hope giving me a death stare and walking away slowly and quietly. Now what did I do!

Sorry the chapters really short, I've had so much homework, and I haven't had time to write the story. :O
