12. An Invitation for Dinner

Sometime later the young pair emerged from the shower cubicle, their skin glowing and a content smile gracing their now satisfied features.

"Your uniform is entirely wet! How could you be so careless Zi Xuan?"

The manager smiled sheepishly at Yu Hao as he walked to his locker. He hadn't thought much about his own clothes when he had entered the shower. Well...What could he say, when it came to Yu Hao he couldn't think straight. At that moment the only thing that had been going through his mind had been to see Yu Hao's face.

Oh! and his face wasn't the only thing that he got to see. He was welcomed with a much more beautiful sight, Yu Hao in all his glory. Under the flowing water his body had glistened like the almighty Poseidon (Greek God of the sea).

Being apart for a week from his boyfriend had been pure torture. Knowing full well that Yu Hao was recovering from the valium incident and not being able to care for him had frustrated him to no end. To add to the frustration there was the issue with Yu Hao's mom. He had no idea what had transpired between them in the last week.

He hadn't felt right when Yu Hao had asked him to come home. He had promised himself that he would visit Yu Hao's home only when his mom approved of them. Zi Xuan had stood strong with his decision even when Yu Hao had pleaded with him, a decision that had clearly backfired. As a result Yu Hao had refused to answer any of his calls or replied to his messages. Yu Hao seriously acted like a stubborn kid sometimes.

He looked at Yu Hao who was busy snapping Zi Xuan's uniform shirt to shake out the excess water from it. Yu was already dressed in his uniform while Zi Xuan still had a towel wrapped around his waist. He walked towards Yu Hao and peeled the shirt from the younger guy's grasp.

"Leave it be....It's not going to dry no matter how may times you snap it." Zi Xuan gathered his wet clothes and dumped them in a plastic bag, making a mental note to put them in the washer as soon as he reached home. He took out his practise clothes and quickly changed into them. Closing the locker door he turned only to see Yu Hao standing with the towel in his hands. He gazed at his junior questioning him with his eyes. What's the problem now?

Yu Hao draped the towel over Zi Xuan's head and started rubbing his hair dry. Zi Xuan stood silently, enjoying the attention that Yu Hao was bestowing upon him. He loved the feeling when Yu Hao took care of him. It were small gestures like these that made him fall for this cute guy more and more. Yu Hao curled the edge of the towel on Zi Xuan's head so that he could gaze into his senior's eyes. Observing the contented smile displayed on Zi Xuan's face Yu Hao answered him with a glowing smile of his own. He cupped Zi Xuan's face around the towel and pecked his lips.

"Sssss~~~~~" Zi Xuan hissed, his fingers immediately going for his lower lip. He could feel a tiny bump rising on the flesh. His tongue darted out of his mouth to soothe the bump. He hadn't realized until this moment that he was hurt.

Yu Hao's face contorted in concern and he reached out his thumb to caress the said lip.

"Sorry about that. I was so lost in the moment that I didn't realize I bit you."

"That's fine! I'll think of it as a souvenir from our tryst in the shower." Zi Xuan winked at Yu Hao as he reached for the chain of his practise jacket to zip it close.

"If that's the case then I should have given you a bigger souvenir, don't you think?"

Without waiting for an answer Yu Hao ducked his head and made a show of biting Zi Xuan's neck. Zi Xuan waited for the stinging sensation to penetrate his skin but it never came. Instead Yu Hao grazed his teeth along the side of Zi Xuan's neck to his adam's apple and kissed it. He straightened his back and gazed into Zi Xuan's eyes as his thumb caressed the spot on his lover's adam's apple.
