Hazel eyes

I sit at my desk staring at the red string like thing conecting my soulmate and I together. I could still remember the first time it had appeared, on my sixteenth birthday the time at which I was born, this red string thingy appeared, I had tried following it but it goes out of town so I had to call Mum to come and pick me up. So after that I kind of gave up, I mean I'm seventeen, so maybe after school I can try looking again but till then.
"Hey Bianca, have you heard?"
I look over to my friend Chloe, and see her staring at me expectingly "heard what exactly?"
"The new students, twins, one a guy and a girl, oh wow you should have seen them! The rguy is hot! The girl is stunning, but her brother, I wouldn't mind having a taste."
Chloe hasn't found her soulmate yet either hers is also out of the town as well, but that doesn't stop her from, 'experimenting'.
"And I should care because?"
"I don't know. Just nothing really ever happens her so new kids are at least something"
I huff out a laugh "you and the 'drama' honestly, your horrible"
Yet when I turn back to the board I couldn't help but hope that the male was the person I've been waiting for.
As the bell went signifying lunch Chloe and I begun talking each other's ears off, making our way to our spot, I could have sworn my string flared brightly for a second, almost as if beaconing me somewhere, Chloe and I sit down where all our friends already eating and chatting happily amongst each other, Violate in her soulmates lap laughing at something he said, Sofia glaring at them with distaste, it's no that she dislikes them or anything, it's more the fact that they are a they not a him and her. If that makes sense. I look over to three of my friends huddled around a sprawled figure on the ground, all laughing their heads of, faces bright red. I walk over to them and analyse the scene before me Jordan on the ground laughing, and half terrified. Maggie standing back with her arms up defensively laughing say, 'i didn't do it', repeatedly. Julia stuck in a position that looks like she just saved herself from falling over. Sabrina snorting and laughing while pointing at them trying to speak but managing to just sound like wheezing.
"Oh my gosh, what'd you do to Jordan?"
All of them point at Maggie and manage to say breathlessly in unison "it was Maggie"
I look at Maggie smiling holding back a giggling fit "what did you do?"
"Maggie threw a banana peal behind her, and Jordan, haha Jordan stood on it and slipped over and fell so we, we all got up to help him up but Julia then nearly slipped too but saved herself, then I got up and nearly slipped too, all because of Maggie"
"See Maggie this is why we don't litter"
"Fight me Bee"
"Buzz, buzz bitch"
I go over to where Chloe's sitting with the rest of the group I nudge her and point behind me "and you said nothing happens here"
"B that doesn't count and you know it"
"Whatever"
Chloe says to the whole group "guys have any of youse seen the new students?"
"Yeah their in my science class the girl seems cool the guy is quite in a sexy mysterious way." Sofia says then adds with a creepy face "we'll have to recruit them"
Everyone nods their agreement. The rest of the break breezes by and when the bell goes Maggie, Chloe and I get up to god to drama. As soon as we get into the classroom we grab our things and get settled in a circle on the floor.
Miss starts calling the roll, when she stops and looks around the class. "Has anyone seen the new students?"
Chloe moves around beside me, obviously exited to have the new students in our class.
Something snags my attention in the corner of my eye, my thread, it's glowing red and getting brighter I follow to where it leads, out the door, and right to the twins, as they get closer the thread gets stronger, until they are right at the door and all I can hear is my heart beating like crazy, my blood singing, the words banging through my head like a song soulmate, soulmate. All I can see is them gorgeous hazel eyes, the jet black hair, and that smell, smoke, and chocolate.
Chloe leans over to me "dibs the guy"
My only response it "you can have him. She's mine, she's the other end of my thread"
"Class meet Lewis and Camilla"
"Camilla" I repeat under my breath mine.
