J a s o n

My angel was so innocent and pure.
I had been watching Isabella walk home from school to make sure she got home safely.  I examined her as she walked into her house. I couldn't wait to have her in my arms. She was absolutely breathtaking.   As I was lost in my thoughts, I heard my phone ring. I clicked the answer button, realizing who it was.  "What do you want Rylan?" I asked. "Are you watching her right now? Jason you're such a creep." he snickered. "Shut up." I yelled out. "calm down, it was a joke" he protested.  "Meet me at her house in five minutes" I told him. "Fine." He groaned.

___

I got out of my SUV, walking alongside Rylan towards her house. I began to walk a bit faster. I was anxious. I didn't know what I would be seeing up 'til now. Regardless if it's good or bad, I had a plan for it.

"Come on!" I whisper-shouted, motioning my hands for Rylan to hurry. Rylan began to walk at my pace and soon, we arrived at her house. Without showing suspicion, we walked to the side of it, being careful not to disturb the neighbours.

Exhilaration filled my head. I wonder what she could possibly be doing at this moment. As my mind began to wander, Rylan tapped me on my shoulder, hard enough to eliminate my excitement.  I turned to him before realizing we were at our destination. "Excited, huh?" Rylan chuckled, walking towards the large tree that stood in Isabelle's backyard, and in front of her window. I quickly looked around to make sure we weren't being watched.

Rylan crouched onto one knee and pointed to his back smirking. "Quiet." I rolled my eyes. I got onto Rylan's back.
Rylan grabbed my legs and slowly stood up, near the tree. Perfect, just enough room for me to reach the large branch. "Hurry, Man! You weigh like—" Rylan barked.
"Shut up." I responded just before he could finish. I  grabbed  the large branch, then climbed  onto the tree beside her window. I slightly leaned by the trunk in order to get a better view.

My mouth opened in awe at the sight in front me. Isabella was on her bed laying flat on her stomach, her legs moving upwards and downwards rapidly. She seemed quite anxious. She looked so sexy in that position. She was wearing grey shorts with a tank top.  I stared at the perfection in front of me. She was so perfect, so cute, so admirable. I could've sworn I was close to falling off the tree countless times.

I continued to watch her every move. She walked towards her mirror, staring at her reflection. She had an insufferable  expression.

To me, she was so beautiful. I knew Isabella wasn't very fond of her appearance, but I loved her the way she was. She was the most ravishing, prepossessing, stunning girl—Fuck. She was just perfect, and the best part was, she was mine. Only mine.

She walked  back to her bed with a confused facial expression. She looked down at her phone screen, and pain  appeared on her face. I hated to see her upset.  I had to find out what was causing this.

                             _________

I was fuming with anger. I was annoyed that I couldn't figure out why my angel was so upset. I grabbed my phone, dialling Gigi's number. Gigi was apart of my gang. She was dating Zayn, another one of my gang members.

"Jason?" Gigi whispered through the phone. "Can you send me the IP for Isabella's phone. I need to read her text messages." I explained to her.
Gigi helped me track into her phone last year by locating her IP from one of Isabella's friends' lost phone. This made it easier for me to see who she was communicating with. "Sure, give me five minutes." She told me. She hung up, and I waited for her to send me all the information.

She needs to hurry up, I can't wait any longer. I looked down at my phone, not realizing that Gigi sent me the information two minutes ago. I clicked onto the file that said Jacob.

                            —•—•—•—

Jacob: What time should I be at your house?

Isabella: 5:30?

Jacob: Okay ;)

what were they talking about? I scrolled up a bit more to view the conversation.

Jacob: We're still going to the Masqurade Ball right?

Isabella: Yeah. I'm not sure what I'm going to wear though. All of my dresses are practically torn apart, or too small.

Jacob: Oh.

Is that why she was so upset? Because she couldn't afford a new dress? She could walk into her school with a paper bag over her body, And all eyes would be on her.

Either way, she wasn't going to that Masquerade Ball. Why would she even bother with that? And with Jacob? She didn't even like going to school events. Without thinking, I grabbed my phone and messaged her. I messaged her, telling her that she wouldn't be going to that Ball. Not with Jacob.

I could see the goosebumps on her arm start to form, Almost as if she had seen a ghost.  After a minute or two, I received a reply.

Isabella: Who is this?

I hesitantly typed Jason, however, after realizing what I just did, I deleted it. Telling her who I was wouldn't be a great idea just yet.

Distracted by my thoughts, I looked towards Isabella's direction. She looked around her room with fear still plastered onto her face. She had an anxious expression. I soon directed my attention to Christina, her mother, who was now at her door. I could kind of hear what her mom was saying, but not really. I slowly pulled the window up.

"You're going to that school event with Jacob right? I like him, he's very sweet and caring." her mother said with a gentle smile.

"He's just a friend Mom. Nothing more." Isabella explained.

Good girl.

                             _______

As I watched Isabella and her mom talk, Her mother looked in my direction. We slightly made eye contact.
"Did you see that? " Her mom pointed at the window. Isabella quickly hopped off of her bed, running towards my direction.

"Rylan, put me down. Hurry!" I whispered. He put me down, but I swear he took his time.

We hid out in Isabella's backyard for about two minutes, just to make sure no one saw us.

Soon after , Rylan helped me back up. This time when I saw Isabella, she was smiling. She was singing "No tears left to cry" by some girl. I knew the name of the song because, it was one of her favourites.

Fuck. she sounded like an angel sent from heaven.

I watched her walk over to her dresser. She grabbed a towel and walked out  of her room. She swayed her hips to the music playing on her phone , and I swear I lost it then and there.

Fuck.

The thought of the Masquerade Ball crossed my mind again. Did Isabella have feelings for Jacob? I was going to hurt that kid sooner or later..

I would kill him.
