A Blast From The Past

Camila's POV
    I sat on the swing watching the kids play, i was waiting for my girlfriend Lauren to come with Dinah. Ally was pretty much sleeping by the tree that was beside my swing, i git nothing to do but wait. I stood up and dusted my dress that was appropriate for a fifteen years old teenager. Unlike what the others wear, (short shorts, tops that the chest could already be seen, and all those stuff that should only be allowed to be worn by eighteen year olds). And brought my book to my chest holding it tightly with my arms wrapped around it.

    I saw Ally groaning while scratching the back of her head, seemingly her postion was not the best one to sleep in. I quietly walked to the tree and sat beside Ally to place her head on my shoulder. Though the girl was older than me, she sometimes still acts like a baby. Ally shifted a little and made herself comfortable. I opened my book and started reading. After a caouple of chapters, I saw a glimpse of a dirty blonde girl and a raven haired girl. I shook Ally up and stood up. Offering the older girl a hand. We walked to the two and hugged them, Lauren kissed my cheek making me blush. We walked to the ice cream parlor and spent the rest of the day inside.

     On our way home, Lauren told me that we would go somewhere. I agreed as usual and besides, its only three o' clock. We walked to a forest and stopped when we reached a beautiful, waterfall with clear shining water at the bottom. I was so mesmerised that i only got back to reality when Lauren called me. We walked a little further and saw a huge tree with a tree house at the top. My jaw dropped. "No way..." she chuckled beside me. "Yes way, this was why I wasnt going to your house the whole week. I was hiking with my Dad and saw this. He even helped me! Come on." We climbed the rope ladder and landed on the tree house. The view was incredible up here! I was looking at the waterfalls when I felt  familiar arms wrapping around my waist. Lauren planted her face to my neck." Did you like it? "She asked," No... I loved it! " I felt her giggle and she turned me around.
All I could focus on was her. Only her. Her beauty emerald eyes that I get so lost in. Her porcelain skin. Her dark raven locks. Her soft, plump lips. Everything. We were slowly leaning in, closer and closer;bit by bit. Until our lips landed on each other. It was so magical. My first kiss with the only human being that I've wanted to be with. I felt her move a bit and I kissed her back. My arms snaked to her neck and wrapped around it, she lifted my up, making my legs wrap around her waist while her arms supported me up. Our lips never stopped, just until air was needed.

  "Wow..." She breath out, she looked at me and kissed me again and again. I reciprocated the gesture, she brought us to a wooden table and sat me there, still kissing me when her phone suddenly rang. She groaned and grumled. "Ignore it." Still continuing the action, but her phone kept ringing that I had to pull away. "I think you should answer that..." She nodded and took her phone from her backpack, "Its my mom." she answered the call as I stood up from the table. "Yea?... I'm with Camz... Yes.... What?.... Is it that important?..... The deal? Today?..... But- Fine... Yeah yeah... Love you too mom...is it okay if- Yes?.... Alright, thanks mom. We'll be home soon." The call ended and she turned back to me. Her lips were quite swollen and she looked flustered." So...? " She smiled at me," We need ot get back home. Mom called, there was someone looking for me and you'll be eating dinner with me. Mom already told Sinu." I nodded and hugged her,she hugged me back and kissed my forehead. "I love you." I smiled and replied. "I love you too, much more." she shook her head, "Impossible."

  We left the forest and headed to her house. Once we entered, her dad was talking to a man wearing a suit. Clara was in the kitchen so we headed there. "Hi Mom." Lauren greeted, her mom dmiled at her and kissed her cheek. "Hello Camila, its very nice to see you again! Have you seen the surprise Lauren has done? It was spectacular-." she was cut off by an embarrassed Lauren,"Its very nice to see you to Clara. And yes, the surprise was magnificent." Clara smiled proudly at her daughter and sighed. "You two are just menat for each other."  I  blushed and headed to the dining table where the man in a suit  and  dad. "Hi Papa," Lauren greeted her father with a kiss on the cheek. "Hi Papa J." I said, Michael was a great guy and a great father to Lauren and her siblings. He was very cool wiht our relationship and accepted her daughter right after she came out. "Hello Mija, Hello Mila, did Lauren beg for her Mom to let you have dinner with us again?" Lauren blushed while I just laughed. "Yes Papa J, she did." I replied, laughing.

  When the food was brought, my curiosity grew when the man in the suit also ate with the family. The conversation were boring, unlike before. And Taylor and Chrish were so quiet, so I knew something was up. And a little while the man spoke up. "Mr and Mrs. Jauregui, next month is Ms. Lauren's flight to L.A for some signing and for her first recording. I shall pick her up on the 25th of May. Thank you for the food, it was delicious. But I have to go. Thank you very much." I froze, both Lauren's parents looked at me and turned back to the man," Let us walk you to the door. " Lauren stood uo after her mom and dad and I was left with her younger siblings. She's leaving? Why didn't she tell me? When they turned back, i was standing up looking at them. Tears were starting to build up. "Is Lauren really leaving?" I asked they both looked at each other and looked down. I wiped a traitor tear that fell to my cheek. "I need to go. Thank you for the dinner Clara, good bye Papa J. Chris, Taylor." I stopped to look at Lauren and saw a hint of guilt in her eyes. "Lauren." I walked out to the front door and started walking to my house.

   I heard footsteps coming towards me, I turned aroud and saw Lauren. "Im so sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I am so sorry Camz, I was too scared- I loved you so much that it hurts to see you hurt. I didn't want you to know it this way. Im so sorry, I'm so so so sorry." She hugged me and cried. I comforted her, "Shh, it's okay. It's oaky, I was just surprised. Its all gonna be fine." her crying died down and she looked up. "I promise I'd come back, I'd talk to you everyday. I'd send you letters. Any type of communication just so I can say I love you, because I do, so so so much. I promise. I won't date anyone else, I won't ever. You're the only one. I promise you, I'll never replace you." I looked back at her. "And I promise to wait for you. I won't pick anyone else as an exchange for you as you're not here. I love you so much." And we sealed it with a passionate kiss.

But she broke her promises.
