Love And Its Respects

Surprise!

It's been a couple of days since he returned to Mumbai. Now he was sitting at the dining area and his thoughts travelled back to the days at Bangalore. Koyal came there and wondered why Abhi was in deep thoughts.

Koyal screamed "Buddy!!!!!"

Abhi came back to his senses and looked confused in response while Koyal rolled her eyes at his changed behaviour.

Koyal "What is this? You change Buddy!!"

Abhi asked "Me? Change? What are you saying buddy?"

Koyal looking upset said "You like Bangalore a lot na.... That's why you are everytime think about it. You never think about me buddy!"

Abhi making her sit on his lap said "No buddy. I was thinking how my plan failed to disturb her."

Koyal "Her? Who is that buddy?"

Abhi "From where do I tell buddy? It's a long story......."

Koyal remembered and asked "Is she the one who disturb you at hotel? Papa told me buddy."

Abhi "He told you? How dare he? I told him not to tell na....."

Koyal "But I don't know how she disturb you. He just said she disturbed you and I was very sad that she disturb a goodest boy like you."

Abhi giving an innocent face "Ya right! She disturb a goodest boy like me. You know that but she doesn't know it."

Koyal "It's okay buddy. She don't know na. That's why she disturb you. Next time, you see her, you make her talk to me. I will make her understand she is wrong."

Abhi kissing her cheek said "You are so sweet. I love you buddy!!!"

Koyal "I love you too buddy!!"

Abhi thought "Day by day Koyal is talking like her mother. Just like her.... Very lovely and understanding. How I wish she was around to see all this."

He thought as Koyal said "Buddy!! Your phone is ringing!"

Abhi picked up the call and was surprised to hear it was Pragya.

Abhi "What a pleasant surprise. How are you dear?"

Koyal hearing him call someone as dear was confused. She knows he never calls anyone as dear. Who is this dear to him?

Abhi "Okok. I will be there in a while. You're okay right?"

Unable to hear who it was Koyal asked "Who is it?"

Abhi gestured her to not ask. She in return frowned at him.

After ending the call, Abhi said "Koyal! Faster come!We need to help someone now. Let's go."

Koyal "Where buddy?"

Abhi "I will tell you all that on the way. Let's go now." He said it in urgency and left the house.

Koyal tried to ask on the way where they were going but he looked tensed so she thought it was not a good time to ask.

In between he also tried to call back and it was unreachable which made him look even more worried.

Koyal hoped everything was fine. She was sitting at the back seat and observing the tensed expression of Abhi from the rear mirror.

After reaching a bus stop, Abhi informed Koyal to stay in car itself.
