Purab was walking to and fro. He was feeling restless about something.

Abhi who sees it as he comes out of his room smiled at his friend.

Purab "You lied to Pragya?"

Abhi "About what?"

Purab "About Koyal!"

Abhi "You also lied."

Purab "I didn't lied Abhi. I was helping you."

Abhi "Purab it's the same thing that we did. Now let's discuss about Payal."

Purab "How Abhi? How can you make Koyal act as Payal?"

Abhi "She wants Pragya's affection and for that we need to lie."

Purab "And what if she knows the truth that you are not her father and I am the one?"

Abhi "Knowing the truth is correct right? What's wrong in that?"

Purab sees him smirking which made Purab angry.

Abhi "Chill! I know I had lied to Pragya and now that's not the issue here. Now it's about Koyal and Chotu's bonding with Pragya. They are not the same after she had left. Can't you see the drop in their grades and the level of silence in them? It's worse. I am scared they are heading towards depression."

Purab" I understand Abhi. But how will a small child like Koyal act in front of Pragya?"

Abhi" Small correction. She is not a small child. She is like our Grandma!"

Abhi laughed saying that and Purab looked with a disbelief at Abhi's timing to joke.

Abhi "Alright. I know you are worried of Koyal. Nothing will go wrong as everything is planned out. Basically, our aim now is to make Pragya believe that Koyal is having memory loss and she believes that you are his father now by seeing your photo with her."

Purab" Will all this work out? I mean all this is..... "

Abhi" Yes it will as long we ensure Pragya believe us completely."

Purab looks worried and Abhi" Look our Dadi had came!"

Koyal ran towards them and screamed" Papa!!!!"

Purab smiled widely. Purab carried her and asked" How's school today? Did Pragya teacher tell anything to you?"

Koyal" Haan she told me something but I will tell that only to buddy. Not you! If I tell you, then you will start to worry."

Purab looked at Abhi and in response Abhi said" There you go! See how well our Dadi understand about you."

Koyal" Buddy! Don't call me Dadi na. I am not old!"

Abhi" OK Dadi ma. First go to your room to freshen up."

Koyal whispered something in Purab's ears. Abhi" Don't plan anything against me if you want Pragya teacher to come to our house."

Koyal made an upset face and asked Purab to let her down. She ran to her room in anger.

Abhi" No worries. I will convince her later"

Purab smiled in response and informed him that he needs to go out to meet someone regarding business.

Later in the evening,

Pragya returned to her hostel and was feeling extremely confused at the events taking place now.

How is it possible for Koyal to be Payal?
I am so confused and why Purab bhai is her dad? I checked with the previous school where Koyal studied and over there also the father's name was written as Purab. Does it mean he was lying to me that Koyal was his daughter? Is Koyal really Purab's daughter?
