Divine
Third Person Point Of View
May 30th
All three Child Protective Services workers looked at the little girl.
"So she hasn't talked and her mother hasn't talked. Obviously, the mother told her something about us." Clancy stated. "Maybe loud voices scare her." Lloyd suggested, all three looked at her, confused. "I mean, there was probably alot of yelling between her mum and the boyfriend, it most likely scared her."
Three CPS workers were looking at the little girl through the one sided glass.
The police guards busted through the door, holding up their guns, in search of Crystal and Jesse. They had cleared the whole apartment until they got to the bedroom, in the every back.
Officer James opened the door, only to see a little girl with soft brown hair and brown eyes. She had her hair in a bun with a braid. She was wearing grey capri leggings and a fake denim shirt.
He slowly put his gun down, the small girl looked up from her coloring, only to look back down again and point to her closet.
"Lloyd, you try that, okay?" Derrick ordered.
Lloyd followed instructions, opening the door to the room, filled with toys. She sat down in the small chair next to the little girl.
"Hi, I'm Officer Lloyd, but you can call me Diana." She whispered. "What's your name?" The CPS worker asked. "Divine." She answered, not looking up from her coloring page. "That's pretty." Diana smiled.
"What is it?" Diana asked. Divine looked up questionably. "Your coloring page." She specified. "It's a hill, with a sun, and flowers." Divine answered, pointing to it as she explained. "I love it." Lloyd said.
"Where is your daddy?" She asked. "Mummy told me he was off doing something really important." Divine replied. "Well, maybe he is back... Divine, what's his name? Do you know?"
"Daniel Sahyounie."
