He was joking right? "What?" I was shocked. He sat in front of me." I'd say about two weeks along." I held my face in my hands. I should be excited. Gajeel and I were going to have a baby. But I wasnt. I was scared.

Talli gently pat my shoulder. "Why don't you go home, rest and think huh?" I nodded a little before getting up. "Dont... don't tell Gajeel ok?" He nodded with a small smile. I quickly walked back to Tallis house, my mind a blank.

When I finally got there I collapsed on the couch in the living room. I'm gonna have a baby. My shock was starting to wear away and I was feeling a little excited. I put my hand on my stomach. I was still terrified. What if Gajeel didn't want to be part of the babies life? What if he ran off, leaving me? And more importantly, with Ultear still out there, how was I going to protect the life I now carried.

I was so wrapped up in my thoughts I didn't hear the door open, and I nearly jumped out of my skin when two arms wrapped around me. "Your getting easier to scare you know. And I think Lily is feeling neglected." Gajeel mumbled in my ear. Lily had been pacing around in front of me, nearly squawling. I picked him up and he curled into my chest, purring. "What happened to your arm?" He asked as e sat beside me.

"I got attacked by a snipper on my way back to the manor. Your dad said a week of rest and I will be fine." I smiled reassuringly at him as he frowned. "I shouldn't have left you alone." I laid my head on his shoulder. "Did you want to get shot too?" He sighed before wrapping an arm around me and pulling me closer. "I would rather neither of us got shot." I nodded.

I held onto Levy as I tried to calm myself down. I wanted to find that woman and tear her apart. I looked down at Levy, who had fallen asleep on my shoulder and I smiled softly. I carried her up to our room and laid her in bed before going back downstairs.

There was a knock on the door as I reached the bottom of the stairs. I peeked out the window and didn't see anyone. I frowned, no way in hell was I going to open the door. A shattering sound upstairs sent me sprinting, taking two steps at a time. At the end of the hall, a man in black had a sword in hand stood surrounded by broken glass. I reached for my own katana, only to realize I had left it down stairs. Crap.

He ran at me, and I knew there was no way to avoid getting hit in this narrow hall. I dodged as much as I could to the right, luckily he only nicked my arm. I kicked out, sending him tumbling down the stairs. I left him there as I ran to our room. Levy was still asleep and I sighed in relief.

"Hello Black Steel." a voice said behind me. I spun to come face to face with Ultear. I glared at her and growled. She smiled sweetly,"We have come for the little mouse, so if you wouldn't mind. Step aside." I didn't move. She sighed. "Very well. I owe you anyway." I raised an eyebrow. "For what?"

"Killing Jellal of course." She smiled again. And I felt it. I grunted as I looked down to see a blade piercing through my gut. I turned to see another man covered in black. He had climbed through the window while Ultear distracted to me.

"Hmmm I believe we will take you with us. Leave the girl for now. I want to play with this one first." she said as the man ripped his sword out of me. I fell to my knees and coughed, holding my hand to my bloody stomach. Ultear stepped forward, the butt of her gun coming in contact with the side of my head. And the darkness.
