Dylan Blaze P.O.V
The snow was really falling hard over new York city. But I could not enjoy its beauty, everyday since I came back I have been preparing, getting myself ready for the war that's on its way.

Lady deaths warning ⚠ was hard to forget, and if the devil wanted a fight with me, he was gonna get it.

I stood over my snow covered tombstone staring at my name brooding over my own death.

"I knew you'd be here," said a voice from behind. I turn to see Lady Death standing before me. She walked over and stood next to me staring at the stone.

"The war is drawing nearer my warrior, the gates of hell are about to break and the demon scum that resides there will come to the mortal plane," she said to me.

"How will I fight it?" I ask almost knowing the answer.

"The angels of heaven will be able to fight this along side you, but be warned only the purest of souls can be on their presence," she responded sagely.

I nod in agreement not answering the pronouncement but letting the thought linger in my mind.
I turn and look to her, her hood always covered her face, hiding it from view.

"Can I look you in the face for once? Seriously I don't like staring at your hood," I ask her.

I see her head tilt to the side a bit, "Well usually my face is the last anyone sees before I take them through to the next life...but seeing as you are my immortal warrior I will grant your request."

She reached up and pulled down her hood and I gasped, she was so beautiful. Her hair was as dark as the night sky and her face was smooth and flawless. It was as if her face were carved by the angels themselves.

She then leaned forwards and kissed my cheek, "I will watch over you my love as you fight for the mortals."

I looked at her and I watched as she walked away disappearing in the shadow of a great oak tree, as if she had never been there.

I turned and looked to the tombstone to find the words had changed.

"RESURRECTED ON THIS SPOT WAS THE GREATEST HERO OF THEM ALL, AND ON THE LAST DAY HE SHALL RIDE OFF INTO THE LIGHT OF GOD."

I was astonished, I reached out my hand and felt the words that were etched into the marble. I felt my hand warm up when I touched it.

Suddenly I had a vision flash in my mind.

The devil laying at my feet, I am the rider and I roar I to the heavens surrounded by hundreds of angels all looking at me with admiration on their faces.

When I snapped out of the vision I was standing in my own bedroom in front of the wardrobe still with my hand outstretched as I was in the graveyard when I touched the tombstone.

I could hear knocking, I look at my watch, 12 am...wait on December twenty-fifth? I was at the graveyard three days ago!

The knocking persisted. I shake my head and run our of my room and down the stairs to answer the door.

When I open it I am greater by Mr and Mrs Parker, along with May. I smiled, "Merry Christmas guys."

I scratched the back of my head, letting them into my home. I walk into the living room and shake Mr Parkers hand and give Mrs Parker a hug.

They set themselves down on the seat and I look at May she smiles and I give her a quick kiss, "Merry Christmas May."

"Merry Christmas Dylan," she says with a smile.

"Merry Christmas Dylan Blaze," said a familiar voice. I turn to see Lady Death standing in the doorway.

"Merry Christmas to you too, why did you make me appear on Christmas day?" I asked.

She simply shrugged. I turn to the Parkers but they are all frozen as if someone put pause on life. I look back at Lady Death and she smiles.

"There may be a war on the way but at least enjoy Christmas Dylan," chuckled Lady Death.

"Yeah that's great and all but you realise I didn't do any Christmas shopp-"

Lady Death held up het and asking me to be quiet.

"I am ahead of you Dylan Blaze on that one," she said with a smile, she reached beneath her cloak and pulled out three boxes all gift wrapped. I smile and she hands them to me.

"Remember Mr Blaze life is for living," she said softly as she faded away.

"I will," I answer with a smile.

"You will what?" asked Mrs Parkers voice. I turn to see them all staring at me confused.

"It's nothing," I laugh.

Everyone laughs as well. I sit down on the sofa next to May.

"Well time for presents, ho-ho-ho" I say in a pretend Santa Clause voice. I hand out my presents. Mr Parker got a solid gold pen with a skull on the top with Rubys in the eye sockets. Mrs Parker got a new dress made from black silk with a silver trim and May got a smaller box with a key, which I immediately recognise.

Mr Parker speaks, "Dylan I dunno what to say these gift must have cost you a fortune! I mean just wow!"

Mrs Parker joins in, "Dylan thank you so much."

I look to May who looks confused.

"I'll show you what that key is for later," and I wink at her. She smiles very softly and a blush creeps up her neck.

Mr Parker laughs,"Okay Dylan it's our turn."

Mr Parker gave me a chain, which he said is made of Vibranium and coated in Adimantium, making the practically indestructible.

Mrs Parker gave me a small box, inside was a golden ring with a emerald in it, apparently she got it from Doctor Strange and that it is meant to protect the wearer from evil spirits.

May taps my shoulder and I turn to her she hands me a large box, I smile and open it to reveal a leather jacket with stubs on the shoulders and a pair of leather gloves with stubs all over them.

I smile and take off my old jacket, putting on the one May gave me along with the gloves.

"Hey guys you wanna see the jacket do something cool when I transform?" I ask the room in general. They all nod and watch closely.

Mt skin begins to smoke and burn, my flesh burns away revealing my burning skull, I look to one shoulder and the stubs turn into two inch spikes, I turn to the other shoulder and they do the same. I bring my gloves up to eye level and the stubs turn into sharp spikes. I grab the chain and sling it around my shoulder.

The Parker family applauds and I bow to them, and then my fire goes out and my flesh begins to regrow until my skull is completely covered again, the spikes on my gloves and shoulders shrink back down to stubs making then clap again.

This time it was my turn for the surprise, "Okay May now down to your present, if you all wanna follow me."

I turn and walk through to my kitchen, opening the door to my garage. I let them all walk in first before I follow them. My bike is sitting in the garage, and next to it was a tarpaulin sheet. I walk over to it and place my gloved hand on it.

"May this is for you," I pull back the sheet to reveal a stunning red and blue motorcycle with a spider emblem for spokes.

The Parker family all stare at it in awe, May staggers over to it and places a hand on it, she then looks at me and kisses me.

Mr and Mrs Parker were so distracted by the motorcycle that they didn't even notice us.

The rest of the day was amazing, we shared stories and laughed, we ate an amazing Christmas dinner that was prepared by Mrs Parker and when the night was over and we were all fed and watered we could all agree that it was a Christmas to remember.
