   (Still Ludo's P.O.V)

I watched in amazement as the world turned black, grey, and white. A echoing laughter resonated throughout the room. I felt chills go down my spine. Who the heck was Toffe's friend, and what was he doing. I looked in fear as a triangle with a eye appeared, looking down at me, and then Toffee.

"Well, Well, Well, Four fingers, you really gave me a scare there. Thought there was a actual thing you needed. Welp, what can I do for ya kid?" The triangle said.

Toffee sighed. He obviously had dealt with this many times before. He stepped towards the triangle.

"Lord Cipher, first of all, please don't call me by my zodiac name, my name is Toffee, ok? T-O-F-F-E-E, got it? oh, and this is Ludo. He needs to make a....." Toffee hands clasped on his mouth for some weird reason. Cipher just sat there, looking amused with his one eye he had going there.

"Toffee, you ok? Can you not say anything about..whatever that was?" I asked, growing concerned about this 'Lord Cipher' person that Toffee called his close friend.

"Heheh, he can't anymore isn't that right, Toffee?" Cipher said, his eyes seeming to smile.

 "Y-your insane!" I shouted, alarmed.

"Sure I am, what's your point? Anyways, shall we make a deal? You get the wand, and me..well, we'll get into details later" Cipher said, holding out a now flaming hand.

"How did you know what I wanted?" I asked, concern giving away to curiosity.

"Easy, Kid! I read your mind! You spend a lot of thoughts about the wand, the rest about your family." Cipher said.

"W-wha?!" I sputtered, shocked. How did he..no, whatever, I was having concerns, but I decided that worse comes to worse, the deal is off.

"Ok. It's a deal, then." I said, shaking his hand. Cipher laughed, and then floated up, and opened a portal.

"Remember, REALITYISAILLUSIONTHEWORLDISAHOLOGRAMBUYGOLDBYE!" Cipher yelled, disappearing. A white light blinded me, and sent me on the ground.

When everything cleared up, I saw Toffee's face flash with worry. Genuine worry for some reason. Then, as soon as he saw me, it turned stone cold again. I frowned. What was he hiding? A bad history with Cipher...probably. Even I was smart enough to know that Toffee was looking strangely uncomfortable. I went up to him.

"Toffee, whats wrong." I asked straight up, growing more concerned by the second.

"Its- Bill and I made a......d-" Toffee cut off again.

"A deal, yes." I said, understanding.

"He tricked me. Deceived me. I did it after I lost my finger. In return, what did I get? Nothing. You guys think I'm evil? heheh, no. Compared to Bill, I'm kind. Bill has one wish and that is the destruction of this reality." Toffee ranted. I sat there and listened in shock.

So they did have a history. I knew it. But, another question popped in my head. It was actually a kind of important detail, so I asked.

"Toffee, how did you hear of Bill anyway?"
