"Order, order! Goodness!"

Jasper slammed down a toy gavel onto a wooden lazy suzan.

Everyone hushed up, and closely listen to what Jasper was about to deliver.

Goodness! That worked!.....No wonder why Judges use these so much....

"First, I want to thank you all for coming to The Jr. Detectives Club. Detective Pin is a busy dog, so he needs our help. While Detective Pin is working on the bigger mysteries, we'll work on the minor ones. Don't think that it's more boring or less interesting than a bigger mystery, because it isn't," explained Jasper.

Aspen the Great Pyrenees rose her hand.

"Yes, Aspen?" Jasper asked, pointing at Aspen.

"When are we starting our first mystery?"

"So glad you asked! We will be starting as soon as we finish this introduction."

Everyone cheered! Jasper couldn't help blushing.

"Settle down, guys! A few more rules before we start. 1: You will attend every meeting and at least one mystery per week. If you don't, you're out! 2: Never abandon your mystery before telling a leader such as myself. Finally, 3: Don't cause too much trouble."

Some animals laughed.

"Alright! Large animals with small animals, and medium animals, stick with me. Except you, Aspen! You're with me," Jasper decided.

Everyone went around gathering into groups. After everyone was where they were supposed to be, Jasper announced their mysteries.

"Group A: The Disappearing Pumpkins! My Group: The Mystery of the Shattered Windows!"

Everyone started to talk again.

"Hey, Group A! Choose a leader, and send him or her over to me to get your mystery's folder!"

Group A started to argue and fight.

"Jasper, this is getting out of paw. Maybe you should choose to avoid this junk," Aspen suggested.

Jasper was about to choose someone, but an animal came out of the crowd, and walked to Jasper.

It was a black German Shepherd. He looked to be a grade above Jasper's.

"Folder," he demanded.

"Did they choose you?" Jasper asked.

"You and me both know they will never decide on a leader. Let's get this over with and give me the folder."

He had a point. Plus, Jasper likes his confidence.

"What's your name?" Jasper asked.

"Chase. Chase Logan."

Jasper nodded, and handed him the folder. He took it and went back to his group. The group took a minute until they realized Chase had the folder. They were about to protest, but Chase held up a finger to his lips.

"I am your leader. Deal with it," he said in a deep demanding voice.

Even Jasper would of listened to that voice. The group did not protest. Even they didn't want to argue with him.

"Move out!" Jasper commanded.

The two groups headed out of the elementary school, and went to their starting point.

"What does the folder say?" Aspen asked.

Jasper opened the folder and read aloud to the group,

"Mrs. Campbell's windows has been breaking one by one every night since last Sunday. We want you to find out who's doing it, and report them to the police. Please be mindful of who you accuse. Don't arrest anyone innocent. Thank you. -Detective Pin."
