PETER'S POV

I was messing around downtown when I noticed some suspicious looking men trying to break into a bank. I decided to get a closer look.

One man had a large sac on his back, the other had a baseball bat and was trying to break the glass. This was my chance.

"Hey guys!" I said as I shot my web at at the bat, pulling it from his grasp. "Who is this kid?" While one man chased me, the other finally broke through the glass, causing an alarm to go off.

The man gave up on his bat, and ran back to help gather the money. I jumped on their backs, at tied them up with my web. "Better luck next time." I said, feeling proud of myself. The police arrived, and thanked me.

"Thank you, Mr. um?"

"Oh, Spider-man. I am Spider-man." The cop shook my hand and handcuffed the thieves. I then heard a familiar voice. It was Dad.

I hid behind a trash can in the alley way, and listened. "We're looking for our son. His name is Peter." I knew they were really worried this time. They had never gone to the cops before.

I took off my spidey suit and changed back into my normal clothes. I took a deep breath and walked up to them. "I'm right here," I nervously laughed.

Pops grabbed me and pulled me into a tight hug. "Oh, thank God." I looked up at Dad, who did not seem happy. "Peter, you know it's dangerous to be out here at night. I mean look at this." He pointed to the bank and the broken glass.

"I, I'm sorry." He shook his head and got in the car. "Come on, Peter. It's okay." Pops said, trying to comfort me.

I sobbed the whole car ride home. Pops sat in the back with me, holding me in his arms. "It's okay, Peter," he would repeatedly say.

Dad just sat there, not saying a word, starring at the road.
