5 months later

"She has forgotten her past. Now take this opportunity and win her heart, make her yours for forever" I remember when Taewoon's encouraging words brought a smile on my dry lips and hopes in my teary eyes that day.

Since that day till now, I did everything to win her heart and see her smiling in happiness, smiling for me, with me. I gained her trust and now she trusts me enough to begin a new life.

I know her free spirit did not liked being caged in this hospital for more than 6 months but after 3 surgeries, thousands of tests and hundreds of physical and mental therapy session, she is finally free to go. Doctors said as now she is able to walk normally and speak clearly so there is no reason to hold back her anymore. And I convinced them she will be improve more if she stays home and be around with the people who loves and cares for her more than the professional doctor and nurses do with a limited time for each patients.

So today she is happily packing up to get out of this place and breathe free air - no more smell of medicines, walk on the busy streets of the city - no more walking on the same corridor or on walking machines, do shopping for herself - no same light blue hospital gown, eat whatever she wants – not the spice less, tasteless hospital food and finally she can sleep comfortably on her bed – our bed, in her own room – in our room.

I am now looking at her hospital room, roaming my eyes at every inch of its 4 walls and at every corner, all the moments we spent here, in this small room are more precious and heartwarming then of the 4 years we spent together but still felt lonely at our home. Here we talked more calmly and cheerfully then all those heated arguments. I heard her sweet laugh everyday more than her sounds of sobbing every night like in the past 4 years. And then something caught my attention, It was the Photographs album filled with all bitter sweet pictures; each of it was hiding a truth behind the lies. I was about to open it and glanced back at our past but a creak sound of door opening and a soft voice stopped my hands, making me turn to look at the owner of that velvety voice who just called my name.

"How am I...... looking?" she asked holding the hem of her baby blue dress showing a beautiful smile on her light pink lips. I just nodded being mesmerized by her natural looks. There was a little sweet silence for few minutes before a loud knock on the door broke it. "Eunji ya~ doctors wants to see you for saying goodbye" her cousin Jung Taekwoon asked entering the room.

"You go, I'll finish the packing and meet you at the reception area." I said smiling, putting her few remaining he stuff in the bag.

"Hyung, is everything packed? Car is parked downstairs." Hyuk ask entering, he came back a week ago after 5 months from USA, as he is having semester break in university. "Yes, let's move out" I got up holding a two hand bags, while he grabbed a big roller bag, dragging it out of the room. I was waited for him to close door near elevator until called me, getting my attention to his other free hand which was now holding the same photograph album that I forgot in the room.

"Hyung, did you forgot it on purpose?" he asked while we were waiting for the elevator.

"Aniya" I tried to smile; bitterly.

He sighed "Hyung, I know you, I know her, I know all your past stories." He paused. I just stared at him. Yes he knows everything about us. "Then why did you lied to her?". His eyes pointed at the photograph album; now opened in his hand.

I swallowed hard with a paced heartbeat. Yes he knows all the bitter truth behind every photograph that this album contains. But before I could say something, we heard her sweet and soft giggle while coming toward our direction with Taekwoon.

Hyuk smilingly said "Oh Noona, are you ready to go?" clearing that short thick moment of tension.

She nodded her head cheerful.

"Are you sure, you are fine? Promise me, you will take all the medicines on time and be healthy soon." I asked with a concerned tone, but looking at her lovingly.

"Yes!..... Yes!.... I promise...... Now, can we...... please go home" she spoke softly taking a bit of time to speak, holding my hand between her two warm one, giving the sweetest smile on her pretty face.

The word Home has never sounded so sweet to me until today. That big concrete structure was never a happy home to me; but just a place to go, shut my eyes in the silence, at mid night.

I slip down my hand on her waist smoothly when we heard the ding sound of opening of elevator between the laugh of the boys at her cute whine "let's go!" I said, stepping in side it.

Me and Hyuk stopped at the reception to settle the final bill, I was watching her walking slowly yet almost perfectly, exiting the big glass door of the hospital toward to car when Hyuk asked again gaining my attention "Why did you lied about all the pictures? Why telling all the fake stories to her? You could have tell the truth and make a new beginning for both you."

All the memories of the past 6 months flashed in my eyes, her pain, her silence, her not remembering me. My heart ached with all that but then I remembered all her beautiful smile, her happy face whenever I told her story about any photograph, even if it was a fake story; a lie. It washed away all my guilt because she forgot her painful past. And now it's filled with just the beautiful memories I created for her.

"I did not lie... I just recreated memories." I said with a smile and hope of having a better future for her, for us.

And I guess without explaining anything he understood it all as nodded back smiling, giving a tight hug.

We completed the leaving formalities, took a turned to walk out dragging the roller beg along.

But my feet stopped when I saw Kim Jisoo standing in front of me.....

Why now..?

Well it's the final chapter..... but not the ending..

Bcoz I am very great full to you guys who are still reading this slow boring story, even after many hiatus and losing my motivation to write it. You guys deserve an EPILOGUE...

So stay tuned to find out why Kim Jisoo came back in their life and what will be their future..
