I woke up next morning to yelling from the street. I grumbled and rolled over, falling out of bed and onto the floor. Getting up, I rubbed my sore butt and elbows. I tiredly stumbled over to the window, flinging open the shutters. The window in my room looked out over the markets, and behind the buildings, I could see the ocean. I looked down at the bustling markets below, so busy and so crowded. I tiredly rubbed my eyes and turned away to dress for the day. I heard a knock on the door and stumbled over to open it. Tye was there,
"Morning Adelaide!" he said cheerfully,
"Piss off, creeper." I grumbled, faking shutting the door. He pushed his way into my room, closing the door behind him,
"Don't bother to get dressed for training Adelaide. Today's our day off." I glared at him,
"In that case, I might as well go back to bed," I said rudely, crawling back into bed and turning to face the wall, "Goodnight."
He snorted,
"Don't be rude Adelaide." he said.
"Don't care. Piss off. I'm gonna go to sleep again," I grumbled,
"You won't be getting any sleep now I'm here." he said, lowering his voice a bit,
"Shut up, piss off and don't talk suggestive to me, asshole." I growled,
"No. I won't shut up, I'm not leaving and you can't tell me what to do!"
"Fine then. Be that way. Not my fault when you get hurt." I said with a shrug,
"Or what? You'll hit me? Yeah right!" he said, probably smirking as he did so.
"Yeah, I'll hit you." I said. I knew he was smiling,
"Yeah, as if you'd hit me. You love me too much!" he said teasingly,
"Shut the hell up, for Mythros sake!" I growled, "And may I remind you what I did to you in our little fist fight? I hate you too." he pulled a fake pout,
"Yeah, yeah, sure, whatever. You know you love me." he said. I rolled over in bed and swung a punch at his head. I managed to hit him,
"Ow Adelaide! That hurt!" he said, rubbing the place where I hit him.
"Shut up, okay?" I said, rolling over again and closing my eyes. As I drifted off to sleep, I felt the bed dip with added weight. Tye had joined me. I couldn't be bothered to hit him so I just fell asleep.

I woke some time later to the comfortable feeling of arms around my waist. I rolled over and almost screamed when I saw Tye there. He was asleep. I tried to pull out of his grasp but he pulled me closer, while still sleeping. I closed my eyes again and fell asleep.

It was almost noon when I woke again. This time it was to someone's breath tickling my ear. This time he was awake. I tried to pull away again but he wouldn't let me,
"She awakes!" he exclaimed,
"Piss off." I growled. He chuckled and pressed a kiss to my forehead,
"No. I like it here. We should stay like this all day." he said,
"Well, I don't like it. We're only friends. Not friends with benefits." I complained,
"That's what you say..." he drawled. I growled,
"Not helpful Tye. Not helpful." I hissed.
"You know you love me." he flashed what would probably be an award-wining smile.
