Arianna
As I stomped away from that sexy, deliciously smelling, sex on a stick…wait! What the hell am I saying? Damn hussy wolf of mine. As I walked away from that that arrogant, no good, man whore of a mate I was steamed. How dare he let that same hoe bag once again put all her disgusting, probably STD carrying parts all over him. I wanted to rip her to shreds for even looking at my mate.
I paused that thought, who am I to ruin his next lay? After all, didn’t I already decide that I didn’t want him? Wouldn’t it be selfish of me to keep him for myself when I had no plans of pursuing a relationship with him?
Damn this moral side of me!
As I walked into the auditorium, following a few students, I took a minute to admire it. The ceiling was very high, with lights throughout shinning in the direction of the stage. The stage itself practically glowed, someone must’ve been overly enthusiastic with the wax on that wood. There were beautiful red velvet drapes hung across the shiny stage where a podium was set up. There were countless rows of seats, the cushions of said seats were red as well and I found Adam and Casey already seated in a row of them with an open space for me between my besties. As I took my seat, I had to admit they were very comfortable, my dad and uncle must’ve paid some big bucks for this school, and if everywhere else was as beautiful and comfortable as this auditorium was, then it was money well spent.
“What took you so long? I swear you were right behind us as we got our schedules?” Casey asked, grabbing my schedule out of my hands to compare the two. I did the same with Adam’s seeing as he was too distracted checking out the female wolves entering the auditorium.
“I was, but someone held me back.”
“Oooh, judging by your oh so happy tone, I’m guessing that someone was your mate.” Casey guessed with a sarcastic edge to her tone.
“One and the same.”
“What did he want?”
“To do what we’re doing now, compare schedules.” I grumbled. “Dang, we only have two classes together. Gym and Math. Your worst subjects.” I teased.
“They are not! I’m very athletic, and I’m really good with numbers, didn’t I save you a ton of money on that cute pair of heels you bought last week?”
I laughed, “Oh sweetie, being able to run in heels, after finding a sale of 30% off shoes does not qualify you as being athletic and good with numbers.”
She huffed a 'Whatever' but I knew she was fighting a smile. Checking over Adam’s schedule I saw that we shared almost every class except Math, which was good because he sucked at it worse than Casey and usually spent the entire class launching spit balls at unsuspecting students.
“Well, looks like I’m stuck with numb nuts over here in all my classes but one.” I joked, wondering if that comment would be offending enough to break Adam of his distraction.
“Hey, my nuts are not nor have they ever been numb!” he argued outraged. I guess I hit a nerve.
“Really, not even that time you tickled me because I wouldn’t share my shave ice with you, causing it to fall over onto your crotch?” I laughed at the memory.
Adam shivered dramatically causing me to laugh louder, and even had a few people turning our way, “Damn, I forgot about that one. It gave a whole new meaning to ‘blue balls’.”
This time Casey joined my laughter, and we were making quite a scene in the otherwise quiet auditorium.
“Your laugh is almost as beautiful as you are.”
