Reader x Sirius (Road Trip)

 Your robes billowed behind you as you darted up countless stairs, corridors, and secret passageways. You nearly slammed into a terrified first-year about to enter the Gryffindor common room. "Password, now!" You breathed. Years of track and field in the Muggle world and I still can't run for my life. The poor girl squeaked it out, and the painting swung open. She dashed down the girl's hallway, leaving you with the four boys alone in the common room, now all staring at you.

James stopped polishing his new broomstick, Lupin closed his textbook, and little ol' Peter looked around with big, naive eyes. "'Sup, shortcake. What brings you to our humble abode?" Sirius asked, sprawled across the couch.

You ignored the annoying nickname and let your excitement take over. "I've been wanting to go on an adventure for a while, and now is perfect! There's no exams coming up and there's hardly and winter break homework. We haven't done one of our special little getaways since we started dating! What do you say?" Sirius's eyes lit up. "I thought you'd never ask." He stood up, brushed off his jacket, and made his way over to wrap his arm around your shoulder. "Come on, boys, you heard the lady."

You spun around as the other three whooped and rushed to pack their bags. "Hey, this is our own thing!" You crossed your arms. "Oh, come on, love, imagine how fun it would be with the whole gang together." You rolled your eyes but smiled. "Just meet me out in ten, ok?"

You and Sirius threw your hands in the air and hollered as Lupin drove the flying car up and up. "This is so much fun!" You yelled. "(Y/N), we only just got started." James rolled his eyes next to you. Peter squealed from the shotgun seat. "Imagine how great our makeout sessions would be in the backseat of this thing up in the stars." Sirius whispered next to you, making you slap his arm.

"You idiots, you forgot the snacks!" You yelped, jolting both Sirius and James out of their naps on your shoulders. "Yeah, how could you forget?" James yawned. "Calm down, we'll just make a stop at Hogsmeade, no worries." Lupin veered the car down, and you practically jumped out of the car to get inside Honeydukes.

"Now, we only have a few galleons, so don't wast-" "Shut up, Moony!' You and Sirius said in unison as you two snatched the galleons and began piling up the candies. Soon enough, the car was loaded in sugary galore.

Lupin huffed, but didn't dare argue with Sirius's girl. The car started once again and drove off.

You five saw countless sites. You laughed as Peter was picked up by his shirt by a hippogriff. James pushed each one of you into a waterfall spring until Sirius dragged him down too. You and Remus befriended a couple of rabbits on a forest walk.

Now, you all were sleeping underneath the stars in a clearing of the woods. The car was parked nearby, and individual sleeping bags were scattered across the floor. James, Peter, and Lupin were snoring loudly from the other side of your makeshift campsite. Only you and Sirius lie awake sharing a blanket and staring up at the stars.

You lied on his chest, seeking comfort in the up and down movement of his breaths. "I don't wanna go back to Hogwarts... this trip is too much fun to leave." You sighed, eyes slightly watery at the prospect of returning. Your boyfriend yawned. "Believe me, I don't want to go back anymore than you do. At least I can see all my girlfriends again, though!" You laughed and pinched his cheek. "Not funny!"

He gave a slight smirk. "Don't worry, shortcake. You know I only have eyes for you." You snuggled deeper into his chest. "You mean it?" "Of course, of course I do." He kissed your head as you dozed off in his arms.
