The flip of a Penny (TomMatt)

Heya again!

Here is some TomMatt fluff. (The scenario I'm using is one I found on the internet so :3)

Tom was relaxing on the couch, constantly flipping a penny with his right hand. Matt was in the kitchen, making two cups of tea. One for him, and one for Tom. Edd and Tord had gone out to a hotel and wouldn't be back for a couple days. Tom had been thinking about taking Matt out on a date. 

Tom and Matt had been together for about a week, but they hadn't really done anything together. So Tom wanted to take Matt out. Problem was, Tom was fairly poor, and he wasn't really good at being fancy. Suddenly, an idea came to his head. 

Matt walked into the living room, giving Tom his cup of tea, and cuddling up next to the other male. "Heya babe," Tom said, giving Matt's forehead a small kiss. "Do you wanna go and do something fun tonight?" Matt smiled happily. "Of course! As long as I get to go with you," Matt replied. 

Tom grinned. "Good, because I have something very fun planned." Matt looked at Tom curiously. "Can you tell me what you're planning?" He asked. Tom shook his head. "Nope," he said. "It's a surprise. 

*Le Time Skip*

"Are you almost ready?" Tom asked, standing outside of Matt's door. Matt slipped on his best looking purple tuxedo. "Almost!" He replied, combing through his ginger hair once more. Then he opened the door. Tom looked at his partner with astonishment. Tom loved how greatly Matt could look when he tried. Of course, Matt looked great all the time, but when he dressed up, he could give anyone an anime nosebleed. 

Matt caught Tom staring. "Do I look nice?" Matt asked, smiling down at the other male. Tom was wearing a white shirt with a bright blue vest overtop of it. Tom looked up at Matt. "You always do," Tom replied, standing on his tiptoes to plant a kiss on Matt's lips. "Before we can get started with our date," Tom said, taking Matt's hand. "You have to pick a number that's in between 10 and 20." Matt thought for a moment. "14," he said. Tom smiled. "Okay. Now let's begin our date." 

Tom and Matt walked down the sidewalk, hand and hand, striking up conversations about anything they could think of. Eventually, the two came to a split road. Matt looked at Tom, wanting him to decide whether they should go left or right. Tom pulled a penny out of his vest pocket, and flipped it. It landed on heads. "Let's go right," he said. They walked for a bit, then they came to another road. Tom flipped the penny again. Tails this time. "Okay. Let's go left now." And they went left. 

Then Tom flipped tails. They went left. Then heads. Right. Left. Left. Right. Left. Right. Right. Left. Eventually, Matt caught on to what Tom was doing. Everytime Tom flipped tails, they went left. Then when he flipped heads, they went right. The two went left again, then right. Then, the two took one more right turn. They stopped outside of an ice cream shop. It was fairly small, and uncrowded. 

"That's 14 penny flips," Tom said. He led Matt inside. Matt looked at Tom. "Ice cream?" He asked. Tom nodded. "Yeah. I'll pay. Is that okay with you?" Matt nodded and kissed Tom's head. Then, they enjoyed their ice cream.
