MATURE CONTENT~Benton's POV~
Lying on the couch, feeling the effects of the drug swim in my brain. I played with the draw-strings on my sweatpants. Lost in a quiet dreamlike bliss, floating high on the chemicals I had recently taken into my body. I've never felt so good, I talked to myself in my own head for what felt like hours. Cooper had long vacated his spot in his chair, I'm assuming he was packing for tonight, my stuff had already been packed to come here.
My stomach gnawed at me, hunger biting me suddenly. I pulled my heavy body from the couch, making my way towards the kitchen. I opened the fridge, looking for any substance that seemed appetizing. My eyes fell on a can of soda and a snack pudding. This should do, oh, maybe he has chips as well. I sat my selected items on the counter. I opened one of the top cabinets, something fell past me. I looked down by my feet to find a cube shaped block of something green, wrapped in clear plastic. I stared at it for a moment, is that a huge block of drugs? That's what it looked like in the cop shows.
I felt a hand tap my shoulder, I spun around finding Cooper wearing a concerned look. He was dressed head to toe in black clothing. Throw in a ski mask and he would look like your average burglar. I stared at his lips, motioning on that I was paying attention.
"You okay? I heard something fall," he looked past my shoulder, guess he saw what I accidentally found.
"Y-yea...that thing fell..I was..just looking for some chips." I said, pointing at the cube of supposed drugs."I'm sorry..I didn't mean to."
"It's okay, I should have put it somewhere else, I'm not used to having people here. I'm sorry you had to find it." He scratched the back of his head, seemingly embarrassed by my unintentional find.
"It's okay Cooper..I know what you do for a living now." I reached down and picked up the bundle, handing it over to him. He took the package from me and walked out of the kitchen, to place it somewhere else I guess.
Cooper came back into the kitchen, eyeballing the soda and pudding still sitting on the counter.
"Do you want me to cook you something?" He asked.
"Umm..this is fine," I said smiling back at him. He was so sweet that he would cook for me, I wonder if he's a good cook.
"You should eat real food, pudding and soda is bad for you, I can make you anything you want. Just name it." He placed the pudding cup and soda back into the refrigerator.
"Mmm..do you know how to make chicken and dumplings?" Hoping that he would say yes, I haven't had chicken and dumplings since my mom left. My father refused to make them because it just reminded him of her.
"Yea, I love chicken and dumplings." Cooper smiled, leaning towards me. I could feel the air around us change, like he was a bit primal.
His lips met mine, my eyes snapped shut. I savored the sweet kiss, his tongue prodding my lips for entrance. I allowed his intrusion, he deepened the kiss, feeling every inch of my mouth with his tongue. He was acting like he was hungry for me, his arms wrapped around my waist. My arms instinctively made their way around his neck.
His hand trailed up under my shirt, his hand was burning the flesh on my back with every inch they crept upwards. I could feel my back arching, pushing myself against his chest. His other hand had found my face, caressing and deepening the kiss further causing me to moan. We both pulled away, gasping for air, panting. I felt like my heart could leap out of my throat. He leaned down kissing my neck, resting his hands back onto my hips. He locked them into place, lowering himself down in front of my crotch. Cooper hooked his fingers on both sides of my sweats and swiftly pulled them down before I could even realize what he was doing.
