Cheryl's POV:

After last night I was pretty thoughtful and I could't take my eyes off the ground while I was walking through the corridors of Riverdale High. When I found out for myself I was already in front of the classroom I was going to have English in, so I entered and I sat on my usual seat.

I didn't see the Serpent girl during the class, weird because this is one of the few classes we have together...

Did something happened last night after we left? Wait, why am I even thinking about this?

I got knocked out of my thoughts when the bell rang and I got out of the classroom. I managed to get to my locker passing through the dozens of students in the hallway but I finnaly got there, I opened it and put all my books there, taking my red gym bag.

I looked like a freak staring at those two guys that Toni use to hang out with, I think they noticed, but I couldn't stop thinking about what she did for me, I mean for us.

Anyways, the bell rang again and I quickly got to the changing rooms. I was so exited because today were the tryouts for the Vixens, I surely didn't want to be embarrassed again as Veronica did to me, but was willing to play hard on the girls that were trying out. I put my red bag on the midle bench and opened my cute little locker wich had a mirror on it, so I could check my makeup. I took my top off, staying on my bra and I checked my makeup at the same time I was looking for my Vixens HBIC t-shirt in my bag with my arm, not looking at it. Honestly I was struggling, but I was replacing my red lipstick that was starting to fade...

"Looking for this?", I heard a soft voice asking. That moment I felt a shiver that even made me sick. It was her.

Oh my god, what the fuck do I do, why the hell am I so nervous. Gosh, what's goin on with me?!

All of this ran through my head seconds after she asked me that, I was covered with my locker's door, she couldn't see I was topless. I stepped a side and looked at the t-shirt, without making any eye contact.

"Are you really checking me out right now?", I said, letting a quiet laugh escape my mouth, as I put the t-shirt on.

"Yeah right, keep dreaming redhead", she giggled.

"What are you doin' here anyways?", I asked her with an insignificant look.

"I came for the tryouts", she sweetly smiled.

Gosh, why was she so nice and cute to me? I'm a literal bitch and she still talks to me like this. Wait...did I thought she was cute? NO. Not a Serpent Cheryl, not a girl, NOOO

I jokly giggled "I'm sorry, what?", I said, still holding my laugh.

"Let me guess, you don't think I can do this because I'm a Serpent girl and the only thing I do is wear a black leather jacket and hang out with boys only?", she took a step towards me.

"N-No, we can tryout", I answered her, closed my locker and walked to the gym. I admit that I got a little nervous.

I CAN'T BELIVE I JUST STUTTERD, like WTF I've never done that, Cheryl wtf are you doin', stop acting like this, what's happening to me? You're a ice ass queen remember? Act like one, I-

I got snapped out of my thoughts by Veronica that called me from the gym door.

"Can we?", she asked, only showing her face.

"Come in Vixens, you're late again", I acted like I wasn't thinking about anything.

All the Vixens got in and Toni was the last one who came in, she looked pretty shy, and cute...fuck.

Toni's POV:

I think I've never been this shy in my life. I don't know why, was it because I was just about to dance in front of all those girls? Or was it because I was just about to dance in front of...Cheryl?

"Are you coming in or not?", the "Fire Girl" asked me as stoped staring at the floor and looked at her. I gave her a quick nodd and got there.

"So, Vixens, as you know we have our tryouts to fill two vacancies today. So, first one, Toni Topaz", Cheryl said with a superficial tone. She looked so hot with that red lipstick...wait, what did I just t-

"Show us what you've got Topaz", Cheryl came to me giving me the middle of the gym.

I was so damn nervous, I was afraid I could screw things up. Shit, here I go. The music started and I started to dance as well. It actually went better than I thought it would, everyone were staring at me when I finish. I took a deep breath and everyone started clapping and I smiled like a literal asshole.

Cheryl stared at me with a "I wasn't expecting that" smile. She quickly took her place again and I mixed up with the Vixens, waiting for Cheryl to make a vote or something but she just limited herself to say:

"Well, I don't think there's any way you amateurs are gonna top that, so practice is over Vixens. And our circle, take a step forward, you know who you are", she said, absolutely slaying.

Me, Veronica, Betty and Josie stood there while all of the other vixens left the gym.

"In honor of Toni joining our squad, I think we should celebrate", she genuinely smiled "Sleepover at Thistle House, 8 o'clock, not less, not more. Bye now", she walked away putting her hair behind her ear. Everyone smiled to each other and I assumed I was invited to Cheryl Blossom's house.

Can't wait...

995 words, the longest I've ever done I think. This and the next chapter are both really important to me, so I hope you like it. I took this long to post because this chapter required a lot of disposition, so 😂
