Another Companion

Y/N's POV:

After cleaning up the mess in the kitchen, I decided to go out for a bit. "Hey Edd!" I shout, "yeah?" He says "I'm going out for a bit", I reply " sure, ok" he says and I'm out the door.

I walk around the city and find an animal shelter. Me being the animal lover(sorry if you're not), I go in. There are so many adorable animals! But one in particular stood out to me, a Maltese puppy(the puppy in the picture at the top is the one you're looking at). I couldn't take my eyes off of it and I had to get it, so I got my phone out and texted Edd:

Y/N:Hey Edd

Hey (Y/N):Edd

Y/N:Do you mind another companion in the house?

Not really, why?:Edd

Y/N:Just wondering ;)

Um...ok:Edd

Yes!! I asked an employee to take the puppy out and I got some supplies for it. I've had millions of pets before so this shouldn't be a problem. I paid for everything and ran back home.

Edd had given me a key to open the front door, so I unlocked it and dropped everything. "Hey (Y/N)!" Edd says, "hi" I reply, "so that's what you mean by new companion?" He says pointing to the cage with my new pet in it, "oh..yeah, you don't mind do you?", I ask "no not at all!" Edd says opening a can of cola. I walk to my room and open the cage to let the puppy out. "Hm....Snowie, it's a common name but it suits you", I say to the Maltese puppy. I prepare it's bed and everything and go downstairs, I leave my door open so Snowie could roam around. I sit down on the couch and go on my phone, typing up a new chapter for my Wattpad story. "(Y/N)!!!" I hear Tom yell "what!?", I yell back "your dog is in my room and it won't get out!" He says, I walk up and into Tom's room and pick Snowie up. "Her name is Snowie not your dog", I say and leave his room. Snowie jumps out of my arms and trotts right up to Tord, "um....hello?" He says to Snowie which by now is jumping up and down. I giggle once I find out that Tord is now playing with Snowie, so I didn't bother them, it was too cute! I walk back downstairs and into the kitchen, Edd is making dinner and he seems pretty concentrated, so I decided not to bother him either. Matt is sitting on the couch flipping through the channels on TV, I sit next to him. "Hey (N/N)" He says "so you're calling me that now?" I ask, "might as well" He replies "besides, I really suits you", I smile and hear Edd scream "DINNER IS READY!!" Which I covered my ears to, I walked back upstairs to grabs Snowie's food and bowl and walk back down. I prepare Snowie's food and walk into the kitchen, everyone is silent which confuses me seeing as they're so loud whenever it's not dinner.

Now the awkward begins....
