It was the truth, Jiyoung was the main cause of Seungsoo's suffering before.

Seungsoo wasn't in love with Jiyoung, he loved Kyunghyun, his senior originally. He knew how hardworking the male lead was, but as same sex relationships gains haters and insults in the country, and especially in show business, he hid it. Not mention, was Kyunghyun even gay?

One time when he was talking to Kyunghyun, the male lead mentioned a certain fan who caught his interest. He said that she was cute and adorable whilst screaming his name and waving the group's light stick. That was when Seungsoo realized that he really had no chance with Kyunghyun.

As if fate hates him, he met the fan girl in a back stage one day. When he learned that she genuinely loved Kyunghyun, he helped them get together. Unfortunately, Kyunghyun was extremely stupid, when he was asked who Jiyoung was to him, he said she's just a friend. Just his junior. And so Seungsoo took things into his own hands, even though it hurts him, if it is what will make Kyunghyun happy he'll willingly do it.

Even though it costs his life.

Seungsoo didn't even think twice in saving the couple.

[I know that Ivy, but think of this side mission as an opportunity to finally reach level 50. You can finally stay with Zander. What if there's no more side missions after this one? Not only will you get penalty but you'll waste another lifetime without Zander.] Zack's gentle reminding voice replied.

Ivan had no choice but to stand up and approach the male lead and the female lead. Perhaps as long as he keeps everything in a 'just friends' level it would be all fine. He can't help but feel as if he's interrupting something. Sorry leads.

Jiyoung was the first to notice him approaching. She immediately stopped talking to Kyunghyun and bowed to greet Seungsoo. Her face was red when she looked up, she also looked hyped. Was she a kid in a sugar rush?

Seungsoo didn't think that the female lead will take the initiative to actually approach him first.

"Hello Lee Seungsoo [1]sunbae-nim! I'm Jung Jiyoung, and I'm a fan of yours!"

'...My fan?'

He awkwardly chuckled and politely bowed to Jiyoung, "I'm glad to meet Jiyoung-ssi."

Jiyoung was about to tell him something(and completely disregard Kyunghyun) when a hand patted his shoulder. Seungsoo turned around to see who it is, and was surprised when it was Kim Kang In who did it. He stared confused at Kang In but got no response. Why did this guy pat his shoulder?

Seungsoo felt awkwardness in the atmosphere. Suddenly, their silence was interrupted by Kyunghyun's forced cough. When Seungsoo looked at him, he gestured his hand towards Kang In, and introduced him.

"Soo, this is Kang In, my brother." Kang In visibly reddened, and opened his mouth to speak, "I--I..." he stuttered.

Seungsoo tilted his head slightly in anticipation. "You both do look similar." he then commented, Kyunghyun's physique wasn't that much different than his brother, only difference is their height, because even though Kyunghyun is about two years older than Kang In, Kang In is already an inch taller. The male lead's face looked soft and kind, while Kang In's is sharp and cold. Was it because of the different treatment from their parents they received?
