Lee Seungsoo had a little brother, only two years younger than him. However, that brother was more favoured so when they reached the ages 4 and 6, Seungsoo looked as if he was as young as his brother. They looked very similar, almost everyone took them for twins.

When Seungsoo was forced to learn how to control the Lee's business in a business school at a young age, it triggered his rebel phase and he neglected his studies too much causing him to fail. His little brother was then sent abroad to avoid him getting "influenced" by his older brother's actions. Hence, Seungsoo didn't feel close to his brother and his brother felt the same.

That's why when the Lee family barged into XZ Entertainment to attempt to embarrass Seungsoo for forging their consent and running away, they were surprised as Lee Jungsoo, Seungsoo's little brother, ran and hugged his hyung.

Seungsoo himself was surprised. This kid wasn't mentioned too much in the world's plot, so he wasn't a threat to him, but also not a friend. It wasn't until Zack spoke in his head that he finally understood.

[This dongsaeng of yours is my body, Ivy!]

It was only after that sentence that Seungsoo hugged back. Jungsoo turned to look at their shocked parents, he was about three inches taller than Seungsoo, so he kept his hyung's head on his neck as he spoke.

"Mother, Father, I already found Seungsoo hyung, you can go now."

Jungsoo then dragged Seungsoo away from the scene.

"What are you doing here? Why didn't you tell me that you have your body already?" Ivan had asked Zack immediately after they left. Zack laughed awkwardly before answering.

"While the superiors were trying to find a suitable body for me, Lee Jungsoo unexpectedly died out of depression. It wasn't in the original world's fate but they decided to hit two birds with one stone and make me occupy the body. That way, Jungsoo's sudden death would be temporarily solved and I would have the body you purchased for me from before. And then when I woke up, I was already in the Lee's car with those parents of yours."

Ivan nodded in understanding, but Lee Jungsoo's sudden passing bothered his mind. This, this wasn't his doing right? He never did any action related to that little brother eversince his soul was placed in this world.

He didn't know how to feel about it. Happy that Zack can finally accompany him physically and with him in Jungsoo's body, cleared one possible threat, or sad that the brother he never got to knew already departed before he had the chance to do so.

The Lee family left the entertainment with no face. Their initial plan was to drag Seungsoo back to their mansion, have him return to the business school and destroy his dreams of being an idol, even bringing Jungsoo with them to compare to him. But now, not only did their oldest's colleagues and superiors praised Seungsoo's natural talents and behavior, saying that he can debut whenever and wherever he wanted, but their youngest also abandoned them and applied as an intern in the management department, showing his interests in working at XZ after he graduated.

They didn't know the two brothers were actually close. In the end, they only cared about the family's name and not the family itself, instantly leaving without a ruckus made to keep their names white.

Afterall, if they were really desperate to bring Seungsoo back, they should've done it a long time ago.

Seungsoo and Jungsoo mentally highfived each other.

When Jungsoo was touring around the building, Xero and some of the trainees instantly asked Seungsoo questions. Some noticed that the Lee parents aren't nice to their son at all and sympathized him. Some were angry (some a.k.a. Changhyuk the protective dad). But one person's questions stand out more.

"Are you really that close? To the point of cuddling?"

"Not that I care anyway, I just don't want to someone to hug an ugly kitten." Kang In stated looking bothered.

It's been a month after the trainees were introduced to them, and also a month since Ivan found the most irritating person in this lifetime. Kang In was really childish even though he looked more like a man than a child, and wouldn't fail to irritate him every single day. Like this scenario for instance.

But although irritating, they've already developed deep friendship, would call out each other's flaws and help fix it. So more or less, the ugly kitten thing and the newborn puppy in the first day were only nicknames by now. Nevertheless, with Ivan's almost non-existing patience towards irritating things, unless it would cost his life, he's still irritated.

Seungsoo's eyebrows furrowed, "He's my brother newborn puppy, it's normal."

Kang In only gave him an "are you sure" expression then glanced at his own brother, Kyunghyun. Seungsoo mentally facepalmed. Right, these brothers aren't all cuddly to each other.

"Nevermind, let's just eat." he said as he walked towards the cafeteria with a flustered face. Kyunghyun and the other members walked beside him, chuckling.

"Never answer a sibling related statement to my brother." Kyunghyun said while poking Seungsoo's cheeks teasingly. Seungsoo lightly slapped the finger away and muttered a "Shut up".

"Oppas! Wait for us!" they turned and saw Jung Jiyoung calling for them. Behind her is a Kim Risoo dragging Kang In.

When Seungsoo noticed that Jiyoung and Risoo were close, he was mildly surprised. Mildly because with the events occuring now, it was not completely impossible but still surprised because where could one see a female lead and a supposedly cannon fodder girl giggling together while looking at the boy members and trainees like a pair of fan girls?

He shrugged at this fact, if Risoo and Jiyoung were now friends, that's one less enemy. A good news if you ask him.

When they reached the cafeteria, Seungsoo volunteered to order the food. He was met with another surprise when Kang In insisted to come with him.

The line wasn't very long, considering that XZ was only composed of some staff, managers, a bunch of trainees, and only two debuted groups. They were the third in the line to order, so Seungsoo didn't mind waiting.

If it wasn't awkward.

Kang In stood tall at his side, silent. Kang In was never silent with him. And then, the man is actually looking at him, of course it's awkward!

When the line moved, Seungsoo stepped forwards. Suddenly, he felt something encircle his waist and a shadow towering him. He wanted to look up but Kang In was already embracing him.

'Wha--?!'
