Clary loved her small town in California.
Alicante.
It was a nice quiet place by the beach which ended up becoming her place to think.
The houses in her town were small but colourful and welcoming,her mother often said she couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
The only thing was-it was quite cut off from the rest of the world,which, for the elderly people of the town was quite enjoyable.
Though Clary felt suffocated in the small area that was the town in particular.
It seems that a new person to talk to would get her mind to stop spiralling.
What if she got the chance to do just that when she's given a homework assignment that leads to talking to a total stranger?
...What if that person was the exact reason her mind was reeling in the first place?
