Disney and Dinner

"Why?" You asked groggily to the person on the other end of the phone, "Why couldn't you just ask me when I got to school?"

"Well I was awake and the idea came to me so I called you now because I would've forgotten later." Natsu's happy voice replied.

You rubbed your temples and groaned, "fine but try not to make this a daily thing."

"Ok! See ya later!"

You dropped your phone and flopped back into your pillows.

You had made it to your first class without incident, no one talked to you or even looked at you.

You sat through each class, scribbling notes every so often and making no interaction except for your classes with Natsu who insisted on talking nonstop.

Even at lunch he talked as you sat quietly, eating your (pick sandwich). He seemed really excited for his idea about watching some Disney movies and eating takeout.

You didn't think it was that grand but apparently he was thrilled to do something so simple with you.

After school he walked with you home, yelling for you to hurry as he went ahead of you. At your house you unlocked the door, told Natsu where your movies were and went to give Noie food, love and to change into an oversized shirt, shorts and long socks.

"So what movie did you pick?" You asked, face blank.

"(Pick Disney/Pixar movie)"

"Oh. Cool."

You sat on your couch and called (pick takeout place). It didn't take long for it to arrive and once it did Natsu started the movie and bounced around like a 5 year old as you handed him his food.

Your mood went up as the movie continued, the food was also satisfactory. Noie had curled up next to you and you tried not to crush him against you and the arm rest.

"Y/n I'm glad that your finally happy, I know it's not alot but I really do care about you." Natsu spoke up suddenly.

You looked up at him and gave a small smile. You didn't admit it but you probably wouldn't have been able to get better if it hadn't been for him, he talked you out of killing yourself and tried to see you everyday.

"You didn't have to, but you did, I'm glad you did, your the first person in years to actually care." You said softly.

You both turned your attention back to the movie, a comfortable silence falling for a while.

"Thank you," You said, "for caring."

The cushion shifted and the warmth of another body radiated onto your skin. Hand slide across your cheek and turned your face before you felt pressure on your lips.

"Holy f♡ck!"
