Roles of peopleWhere given to be able-
To do what society dictates-
But judgements were put to weight
Gender
Does it really matter?
Certainly no
But people were afraid to show
Why?
Acceptance
Merely a word of action
Something that is allowed
Without protest or reaction
Is it possible to happen?
For some reason, it will be-
As woman moves gracefully
She dances with the strings attached
Like a puppet with a latched
What the society says
She moves accordingly
As for men
Who were seen as powerful
That protect women
Which is a role for masculinity
One, who speaks
The truth
Behind what they feel
Will somebody listen, if to put-
To context, you are not allowed
What the society tells, molded
But strip, skin bare and tell
What makes a person?
Says that dwells
It is the society's norm?
No, it is you, your decision
Everyone is the same
Dignity, it's true
And that is something, not even-
The society can take away from you
