One day in the middle of school Ray receives a call. A call from the hospital. Ray answered the phone.

"Good Morning. I'm speaking from CENTRAL CITY HOSPITAL," said someone in a hurried voice.

"Ye-," replied Ray. As she was interrupted. Ray became worried.

"There is an emergency and your parents are admitted in the ICU. Their health is very critical. I request you to come to the hospital as soon as possible." said that person with a hurried voice as he hung up the phone.

Ray was heartbroken. All she could think of was getting to the hospital. She got up from the chair and ran madly to the hospital. At that time there were no cabs available, so Ray had no other choice but to run to the hospital, literally. In about 10 minutes she reached the hospital. Ray was a pretty fast runner, she could run 200 meters in 25 seconds.

The moment she reached the hospital she ran to the ICU. When she reached ICU she was out of breath. Indeed her parents' health was very critical as they just got in a car accident and had major damages. Her father died in the ICU a few moments ago and her mother's health was very critical.

She went to her mother and stood next to her. It was very painful for Ray to see her mother in that condition. She held her mother's arm.

Her mother opened her eyes and looked at her. And said, "Be strong. Be brave. We will always be there by your side and never leave you alone." As she said so tears filled her eyes.

Ray replied,"No mom, please don't leave me alone... it's just you and dad who are my world. Besides the both of you, nothing else mattered me. Mom...please...don't say like that." Ray said as she was chocking on her words.

"No matter what Ray, we love you a lot." said her mother as she started crying now.

"I love you both too. I love you both much more than you can imagine" said Ray as she started crying.

"Be strong Ray." said so her mother as she took her last few breaths.

Ray was only 15 years old when her parents died. She had no relatives to look after her as her parens were orphans. So, she had to stay in the Love Orphan Age.

Her younger brother died 2 years ago, at the age of 3. The reason for death was Microcephaly. It is a rare disease. It is a condition where the baby's head is significantly smaller than expected, often due to abnormal brain development. Treatment can help, but this condition cannot be cured.

It was a very tough time for Ray to go through. It was as if Ray had to walk through the storm all alone facing the harsh winds and the heavy downpour.
