A knock on the door echoed throughout Meredith's hotel room. She had to be at set by 5 am, and it was already 4:30. She was ready and went to answer the door. She opened it to see a very tired Tom at the door.

"Everyone else left already," he stated. "You ready to go?"

"Yeah," Meredith walked out of her hotel room and closed the door.

The walked silently towards the elevator.

"So... you're still not going to tell me what role you're playing?"

"Nope, but you'll find out today," she teased.

He knitted this brows in confusion.

"We have scenes together," she explained. "We're both supposed to be teenagers and we live in the same neighborhood."

Tom nodded.

"They wouldn't even let me see the rest of the script," he chuckled. "I have a bad rep when it comes to keeping secrets."

"Apparently," Meredith smiled.

The elevator dinged, signifying they had reached the ground floor. They went to the car parked outside waiting for them, and headed to set.

The minute they reached set, they were pulled in two different directions. Meredith was taken to the girls' hair and makeup, while Tom headed to the boys'.

"So, you excited for your first day?" Elizabeth asked.

"A little nervous, but yeah," Meredith answered truthfully.

"Don't be. We were all nervous our first days," Scarlett assured.

The wardrobe people came out first with all of their costumes. After they all changed, it was time for makeup.

"So, Meredith, you also sing?" Marisa asked.

"Yeah, I only have two songs out right now, but I have an album in the works and I also write songs," Meredith stated.

"Oh my gosh, I wish I could sing," Emily smiled.

"Well, being in Pitch Perfect helped me out a lot in my singing career," Meredith said. "I'm extremely jealous of Kerry right now, she doesn't have to look any certain way. She just shows up."

All of the actresses laughed.

"Well, you'd probably like to have her job, because she just goes in a recording booth and talks," Elizabeth giggled.

"Yeah, I would like that job," Meredith agreed as she also laughed.

Shortly after, they were all ready for their roles. Meredith came out in simple black skinny jeans, gray converse, a gray shirt, and a navy hoodie. She also wore glasses. They stuck a blond wig on her head too.

She met Tom, who wore a nerdy t-shirt, jeans, sneakers, and a light jacket.

"Well, that doesn't help me at all," Tom shook his head. "Can you at least tell me their normal name?"

"Fine, but it is not the same as the comics. My character's name is Bella Morse," she answered.

"Thank you! That's all I wanted," Tom beamed.

"Tom! Meredith! Get to set!" someone yelled.
