Meredith woke up the next morning feeling relieved and refreshed. She had finished writing a song for her album and had a meeting with her record producer that day. She had stayed up most of the night finishing it, and her emotions translated greatly onto the lyric sheet.

"Miss Moore, what a pleasure," the receptionist greeted. "Mr Scott will be here soon."

Meredith nodded and sat down. A few moments later, a door opened, and a man walked through it.

"There's my future superstar!" he smiled.

She stood up hugged Matthew Scott, her manager who also happened to be a producer.

"You're lucky I was able to change my schedule to put me in Atlanta," he began to walk.

He lead her down the winding hallways, until they arrived in a booth.

"So song writing? How's it going?" he interrogated.

"I have the duet with Shawn finished and another song done," she admitted.

"Two songs? And one of them goes on Shawn's album? I need 14 songs for you," he reminded.

They sat in silence and pondered for a second before Matthew spoke again.

"If need be, you and Shawn can go to that cabin he likes to song write to finish up the album. You already need to go there to help with his album. You both need inspiration and you both are talented. So, you guys can go there and bounce ideas off of each other. Your album is set for this year, and you'll go on tour for a year and then drop another album. Every year you drop an album, you have a break and can act, but the next year is strict touring," Matthew explained her schedule.

Meredith nodded.

"But what if Marvel just wanted me in a cameo?" she asked.

"Then when you stop near the studio you can go. Also, when you go on tour, you'll go with Shawn," Matthew added.

Meredith took it all in.

"You may leave now," Matthew stood and left.

Meredith gathered her things and left. As much as she hated him, she knew she had to have her big break before she could get someone nicer.

She walked out of the studio, and went to a nearby Starbucks. She ordered a latte.

"Spider-Man?" the barista called.

"That's me," a voice said.

Meredith turned to see Tom standing there.
